I found a code on my tankless hot water system to which I made an appointment for service. Jeff called me prior to arrival and proceeded to fix all of my problems and to answer all of my concerns. I asked what I could to to rectify any future problems to which he was able to directed me. Jeff was very personable and professional. If there was a score out of 10 I would give him a 11.

We had Drew as our service guy that came to our house, he is very friendly and has awesome customer service, would recommend Drew to everyone.he is very thorough with explaining everything there is to know about furnaces/ ac units. Drew was very easy going and didn't pressure us into buying something that we didn't want or need. Again exceptional custimer service

New A.C. unit installed in may 2016 stopped blowing cold air shortly after. Reliance guy came out and topped up the refrigerant and it seemed to work, into this summer when it blew warm air again. Two more guys came out on two separate appointments, then finally Joe Green came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Reliance the sent out yet another person who did not know what to do with the part. It wasn't until Joe was finally sent round again that my A.C. was fixed. So basically not very impressed with Reliance as the installation of the unit was faulty from the start and no one seemed to know or want to know what the issue was, with the notable exception of Joe who spent several hours working on it. If I could rate his work separately I would give it 5/5. But not Reliance as a whole.

Reliance staff, Jason was excellent. He ensured that we were happy with the explanation of the service Reliance offered and respected our decision whatever it was. Very satisfied and happy.

I had the most amazing service at 10 am Wednesday a tech came to fix my air conditioner and furnace that was leaking surmised that I needed a new system it was installed and working by 11 am the next day the customer service was second to none . I am in this field and they made the customer experience flawless thank you

Jeff the young man that visited our home was polite & friendly. He was here when he said he would be and took care of our problem in a quick manner. He was an efficient young man, even offering us details on a water softener and the benefits of having one.

Waited 4 days for the service. No hot water for 6 days. Initial call was 4 months ago. Sent someone to look but their main concern was selling me a furnace and A/C. Then I called and sat in queue for lengthy time only to have them try to sell me a furnace and A/C. Put in another queue for over an hour to have someone replace defunct wayer tank. Still had to call next day yo secure appt. Technician was great. Very pleasant and worked quickly in a smelly old basement. Thank you

Very high rental costs ($55 per month!). When using their online cancellation services for a move, and even after receiving a confirmation e-mail of the cancellation, Reliance was entirely unaware of the cancellation. Had to call again by phone to do it where I could barely hear or understand the person I dealt with, who was also very rude.

Jason Rowe gave an exceptional service from the start, very professional, and true to his word. He went out of his way to accommodate us and gave us all the options and advise and also followed up the next day. The technicians who came did a great job, they came on time and everything was done seamlessly. Great customer service would recommend everyone to use their service.
