Reliance installed my AC. Left steel debris on basement floor causing my granddaughter to cut her foot and injured my daughter's foot. Left water on floor causing sensor in hot water tank damaged. Called Dustin to come see and let him know we had no hot water. He didn't come and said we would have to wait for repairs as they were busy. Dustin didn't come back and I had to get Atlas to repair hot water heater. They came right away. Dustin replied to my email saying he couldn't do anything for me.

Got a call from the technician informing me that he is on his way. Appreciated that he came 10-15 mins early than the scheduled service time (7pm to 11pm). Technician was very polite and explained the reason why there's no hot water and how to prevent having dirty flame sensor. Very satisfied with the service.

wasting too much water with tankless water heater too long before hot water is dispensed .1 minute for 6 ft of pipe. heat exchanger flushed, temp turned up. We'll see how it goes.

I had problems with my AC. So I called reliance and get a code. The customer service lady was very nice. She explained me if I get maintenance package then after 21 days . She promised me She will book for me service call as soon as finish 21 days. She called me on long weekend day told me she didn't forget that. I was so impressed.

Sunday night of labour day weekend, our hot water tank let go. After cleaning up the flood, I contacted Reliance at 8am the next morning. By 11am the repair technician (Lee L) was onsite and determined the tank was shot. They replace the tank, tested the gas connections and we had hot water by 3pm. Zero cost to us - Why RENTING a water heater is worth it.

The service I received from Jamie and John was incredible. Jamie came to the house late in the afternoon to check the problem and took a phone call on his off time that evening to advise he would try and have the schedule changed for the next day so he could bring out a new tank so my family would not be without hot water another day. He and John were very accommodating with my work schedule and returned the next day to install the new tank. The did a top notch job with the installation and cleaned up after themselves and even fixed my ceiling ventilation that had come apart and also were about to change my furnace filter and showed me how to clean it. Reliance is lucky to have these two working for them, fabulous customer service all around!

I have had excellent service with the original Holmes Heating in Ottawa since 2001. After having problems with my old system since this past June and being completely frustrated with the call center set-up in Toronto (not the staff), I finally received a telephone call from your Ottawa office and I was able to work with the Holmes staff once again. Since then, the service has been excellent. A new system was installed last week. Both the sales advisor and service staff receive a "5". It is early days. The weather is fine. I look forward to a trouble-free heating system.

Reliance responded quickly to my service request and fix the leaking issue of the toilet water tank. All the cost is covered by reliance plumbing insurance. Recommend their services to other customer
