    Hot Water Tank

    Great service done in installing a new water heater tank by Ramandeep. He is thorough polite & knows his work so well. He took time to educate us in maintaining the tank fir efficacy & safety. Absolutely we recommend his work . Thanks Ramandeep!

    Install AC

    SALES PERSON WAS VERY GOOD IN EXPLAINING THE RENTAL TWO TECHNICIANS IN STALL AC THEY WERE VERY POLITE and worked very efficient

    Electrical Issues

    I had an issue with an outlet in my home. I called reliance and the same day they scheduled an electrician here. Nick resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond answering any questions that I had. Great service, super friendly and professional.

    Fixing door bell and guiding another matter.

    My door bell was not functioning for a long time. I called Reliance yesterday. Two electricians , Curtis and Neal arrived on time today They fixed the door bell according to my satisfaction. They also gave me a good suggestion to replace the vent pipe from the dryer in the laundry room. I must say both gentlemen were punctual, knowing what to do, respectful and courteous. The job was covered in my monthly plan.

    Leaky hot water tank

    Harry called shortly before he arrived and he quickly and efficiently replaced our leaky water heater. From the first phone call to job completion was less than 3hours. Another good job, thank you.

    water heater replacement

    Jason was over this morning, he called me 20 minutes before coming. He was very professional, covered my floor and stairs. The water heater needed to be moved a little, he did that as well. He answered all my questions. Jason is fantastic!!! Ray

    Air conditioner repair

    When you want the job done right call a woman ! This was a reoccurring problem on this unit.The tech last year did a bandaid solution. The tech yesterday took it apart & found the problem & fixed it.Thank you Margaret great job !

    Had to replace AC after only 3 years

    We bought an AC in May 2020 with Reliance after their sales person advised us on what AC (Goodman brand) would be the best fit for us. After less then 3 years, the AC was not working and Reliance advised us that it would be more expensive to try to repair it then replacing it. The warranty was only 1 year. We are surprised and disappointed to see that an AC bought from a reputable company like Reliance lasts less then 3 years. Reliance said that they delivered everything they were supposed to under the contract. We feel like they sold us a lemon and take no responsability for it.
