Called for service on furnace water pump leaking. Elisa very efficient and knowledgeable and I remembered her from placing service call 2 years ago. Elisa asked if I'd be interested in plumbing protection plan but I wasn't sure. Dennis Marshman the plumbing technician was quick to respond to my call fixed my problem an I felt comfortable to as questions about my furnace, water tank and other items. He was very knowledgeable about products and needs. I just signed up on the trio protection plan due to Dennis for explaining and Elisa for suggesting. Thank you for extra peace of mind!

Dennis from reliance is a rockstar! He not only helped correct a plumbing issue in my house he was pleasant and professional! Probably one of the best dealings with I've ever had with reliance. I would call back if needed and only request him! I only wish I could have offered him a beer after it was done! Fantastic job!

I purchased a furnace in the late ninties along with an air conditioner, and air humidifier. I had a fuse that blew on the circuit board and they just replaced it rather than find out why there was a short happening to blow the fuse on the first place! So of course it happened again... No diagnoses but they were quick to offer all their sales support... Now why would I buy anything from a company that doesnt seem to know how to diagnose a problem... Anybody can replace a fuse and the fuse is there only to protect the mother board from being shorted.

Matt made an appointment call for a furnace quote for me also. I am satisfied and a happy customer with this service, I definitely recommend his service with Reliance. Thank you again Matt! I'd like to thank Bill Wright also for his services, he is an awesome advisor. He is friendly, upfront and informative. Answered all questions with detail and easy to understand. Set us up for a quote for a new furnace the very same day. I seen him a week later with a consult on how Reliance guaratees with there warranty and parts etc... Getting a new system because of him. Bill is patient, professional, Has knowledge skills, honest, very kind, easy to talk too, awesome customer service. Informative, polite. I will definitely recommend this gentleman to my friends and family. Thanks Bill!

I had Grant W. your technician service my furnace. I was very pleased with work done and that he took the time to explained the work done on my furnace. He also gave me some helpful information on a humidifier for my furnace if I were to consider one in the future and who to contact for more information. As for my rating I give 10/10 for the service given

We called on a long weekend for a replacement and there it was at 8:00 Tuesday morning. The people from Dan Healey Electric called on the long weekend made the appointment and were there and installed the new heater and took the old one away with expertise and friendliness.
