I had brown rusty water coming out of our hot water taps. Wes from Reliance came over during the scheduled appointment, on time. He explained to me exactly what had to be done. He flushed the water tank and changed the anode rod. He showed me how the old rod had deteriorated to a little bit, literally. He was very knowledgeable and eager to explain anything to do with water tanks and furnaces. Thank you Wes.

Got a couple of quotes for companies, this was the best one all-around...price.date to start.warenty..all these things..the started later on the morning by my request and was still finished by 3pm....

I found the technicians (Nick and Patrick) that came to the house very professional and knowledgeable. They offered their expertise in their work as well as their opinions. They were very respectful, efficient and honest. Reliance should be proud to have wonderful employees representing this company.

I had a tech named James come to the house to service my a/c and furnace. Great tech very informative and friendly. Also have had this tech service my old furnace at my old house and he did an amazing job on a very old Lenox Pulse which was older then he is.

I had 3 service calls with Reliance and although the first two were not spectacular, the third call made up for that completely. The service technician was Sheldon (id 3058). Working in an industry that deals with servicing customers, I am very aware of levels of service provided and seldom take the time to write. This is not because I don't care to, but more that levels of service seldom reach a level worth writing about. Sheldon's knowledge and professional nature made it a pleasure to deal with him and he resolved issues that previous technicians would not take the time to discover and rectify. I won't go on with details but leave this comment with the parting summation that Sheldon is a major asset to Reliance and they should be proud to have an employee like him.

David came in and fixed my hot water tank very quickly and was her professional and courteous. His badge number was DAA4271. I would recommend him to others. He explained the issue and provided me with additional material on the protection plans which was helpful.

My A/C stopped working, called Reliance as I have their protection plan and the technician Manjeet called to see if I was available at an earlier time than my scheduled appointment, which was a nice change from the usual 3 hour window wait. He showed up when he said and was very professional and respectful. He did not rush and got my A/C up and running in no time. Very happy with his service.

The service technician Thava (ID Q4204) who came to my home for my first (I'm a new customer) annual maintenance service went well beyond the basic requirements. Since, this is my first year with reliance, I had some questions about programming my Nest thermostat. He patiently walked me through what I needed to know. Furthermore, since this is my 1st summer using the AC, I had noticed serious vibrations transmitted from the ducts through the joists in the floor above. He came up with solution to resolve this annoying problem. It wasn't obvious but he was determined to fix the problem. All through his time here, he was pleasant and professional. A real pleasure to do business with this kind of technician.

Hot water tank had an issue... Reliance had a technician here the same day... The Technicaian Brad (3409) was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly.. very impressed with both the service I received from Reliance and from Brad.. thanks guys

Mario, the Reliance technician who came to my home on Saturday was professional, knowledgeable and patient. One of the best techs who have done service in my home. I was impressed with his professionalism toward the customer. He showed positive regard and respect throughout. And, his main focus was customer satisfaction! I was not happy about a particular situation re the service order, and he provided information on how to get the issue resolved. He was able to explain, more clearly than the telephone personnel, the Reliance protocol for different types of services. He came much earlier than anticipated within the time period I was given. I liked that. Thank you so much Mario for not only your technical expertise but also for your efficient interpersonal communications. You are a definite asset to Reliance.
