Reliance has to be one of the worst companies we've ever dealt with. We've been a customer for a few years now - some of the things: - They had our address wrong, and was sending us bills to the wrong address. Never emailed, or phone. We got the collection agency which was a whole headache. We were new customers and figured it was a 3 months special since they never sent us an invoice. - Anytime we call them, they have trouble finding our account, or information on our account is wrong - like the services we have. - Our Air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer (over a week ago now). We called to get it fixed, they said we didn't have AC, we said we did. They sent someone who said he doesn't get paid enough to fix it, and for us to call someone else - Next person came and said that the fan is broken, and needs to order it and get someone to fix it - That person came to fix it, said it wasn't broken, but they need a second person to help - never heard from this person again - Someone else came that day, and said it WAS broken, and do need a second person to fix it - 9 days later no AC - this is an ongoing issue. We'll be looking for a way to get out of our contract, and move from Reliance - honestly, never go with them ever in your life.

Jeff Lippert did some plumbing repairs to my home, according to my plan with Reliance. I found Jeff to be very professional, as well as courteous. In fact I would like to request Jeff in the future for any plumping needs I may have. He is a very polite and knowledgeable young man. You are lucky to have him as an employee!! Sincerely John Boyle

A service technician came to our house as we had no hot water Bill was one the most professional tradesman we have come across He explained everthing and replaced a part After doing further testing he determined we needed a new water tank which was delivered and installed within hours We know have hot water back and are so pleased at the service we received Scott Shimmin

Brent was fantastic! Great help full of suggestions for how to maintain the system and he had a great personality! We would be glad to have him back for our next maintenance appointment.

I called Reliance for service on my air conditioner and was booked for an appointment during a very hot period within two days. The call was handled by Brent #1414 and he quickly determined that the condenser fan had to be replaced. Since my unit is 36 years old, a replacement part was unavailable, so he setup an appointment with a sales rep within 2 days for a quote on a new unit. Brent was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, and hopefully my meeting with your sales rep will be as great an experience as the service call.

We found a puddle of water at the base of our water heater. We called Reliance Wednesday night and they sent Jeff out to our house the next day. He looked at our unit and fixed the problem quickly.

Mike morphy who is a Home Comfort Advisor, explained everything I needed to know, was very friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Reliance home comfort and ask for Mike Morphy.

We are very happy with the service from this company. The sale adviser Michael Grant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to select the right equipment. And I think we had the best installation team Bill W and Wesr performing above expectations. Thanks to Reliance!

I used their online form to submit move out request one week before. Got an confirmation response. After sold my house they didn't cancel my service. Got an extra charge to my CC. Didn't get refund.
