    Waterheater Repair

    Repair/reset and check done within 30 minutes of calling for service. Fantastic. Technician was knowledgeable and professional.

    Great service, rentals are the way to go!!

    Weve been renting our water heater for many years. Unexpectedly we had no hot water so I called for service and we had someone at our house the following day! The service technician was friendly & quickly diagnosed the problem, noting we needed a new water heater. He had one in his vehicle and quickly (with no mess) removed the old one and installed replacement! Well have hot water within 30 minutes thanks to Keith! Reliance can be proud of how professional, polite & prompt Keith was!!

    Got water tank replacement

    Great service, very quick. Replaced the entire tank in less than an hour including some pipe adjustments. Friendly crew, well spoken, great manners and were quick and tidy. Service covered under reliance hence the $1 cost.

    On Time, excellent communicator, and very knowledgeable plumbing technician. Dan's extensive plumbing experience lead him to a not so obvious problem. Thank you

    Service call.

    Reliance is a very reliable company it stands by its name. The service people are all very nice and very thorough. I would recommend them without reservation.

    Furnace and air conditioner system purchase.

    In the market for a new furnace and air conditioner system for our home. The salesperson who came was very knowledgeable and courteous. Very well informed and answered all our questions and was able to get us a very nice discount. I would highly recommend Reliance.

    We were home...you didn't call, didn't knock, and skipped us

    So, I am a rental customer...have been for years. Paid for my furnace, hot water tank, and AC unit many times over. But they are rentals, I understand. We also have the electrical protection plan. So, we arranged for an electrician to come by today, 10am to 2 pm, to install a new plug and circuit for our new dishwasher. To say were were excited would be an understatement. No more washing dishes! Yay! I mention this to illustrate that we were more than ready for the tech to call, and then arrive. Carrying the phone around kind of excited. Outdoor security cameras at the ready, alerting me when a squirrel would pass by my front or back doors. And yes, every time, I would run to the door. Yes, that kind of excited. So, 10am comes, goes...11am, 12noon, 1pm...I start to worry, wondering if I have the date wrong. I call reliance, and am told that the tech was here, knocked, called, and left. I was shocked...I have call display...no one called. I confirmed that Reliance has my correct number. They do. Yet, no one called. I check my cameras, no one stepped foot on my property, front or back door. I told Reliance this, and they stood by their word...their tech was here, called, knocked, and left. They offered me a new appointment in a week. I am a bit ashamed at how angry I was, but for this to happen, to be accused of a mis truth , when Tony (electrician) obviously simply didn't want to do the job, is infuriating. I trust Reliance to maintain my home comfort equipment, furnace, ac, hot water tank. When trust is gone, integrity is questioned. I can forgive forgetfulness, a mis dialed number, a family emergency, sickness, but a non-truther is not someone I tolerate. I don't do it, don't accept it.
