    Home visit

    Jordan came to inspect the condition of our water treatment and softener machine. He is super nice and patient, answering my questions in all details. He spoke slowly so that I as a non native speaker could understand easily. Would recommend Jordan

    Furnace and AC maintenance

    Had a technician do to my yearly maintenance on my furnace and A/C, he was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

    Furnace annual inspection

    The gentleman Zack was very knowledgeable. So knowledgeable that We need a new furnace. He showed us the problem and advised on why we should get a new furnace. Well its 21 years old, and it doesnt owe us anything. We will get another Trane furnace to replace it.

    Possibly Replacing out older gas for electric water heater and needed facts

    Kyle was very helpful in looking at my tank, space and needs for replacing the old tank/venting with a new gas tank or direct wiring for an electric tank. He arranged for an electrician to come give me a quote on that alternative, as well as explaining costs if I stay with gas. A thorough and pleasant young man.

    Unreliable and looking to sell you a new furnace or AC over repair

    Reliance has been unable to fix my account with automated billing. I do not receive any bills online or by mail. I have to call each month and ask how much I owe, and pay manually each month. This has been this way since June 2022. Each time I call, I am assured it is fixed. I booked an appointment for Furnace and AC maitenance. They gave me a window of 10AM to 2PM. No one showed up! I had to rebook the appointment. "Reliance" needs to come up with a different name, because so far, I cannot say I can count on them. I had them later do the furnace inspection. He recommended replacing the furnace, and immediately sent someone over to quote a new furnace. I feigned ignorance to see how far it would go. He did not red tag the furnace. The next day I booked an HVAC repair guy to give a second opinion... the furnace is fine. He did point out that the bearings on the motor were starting to go... something Reliance did not notice, because that would have cost them because of the 'protection plan'. Reliance wants you to think that your house will be suddenly flooded with carbon monoxide... this is not the case. If you have CO detectectors, you will get an early warning. I immediately cancelled my 'protection plan' with Reliance. Their MO is to recommend replacement over repair... especially if they have to pay for the costs under the protection plan.

    rental agreements are not explained

    Our furnace died during a week long stretch of minus 30 in 2015. Reliance was the only company that was available to replace it and we were desperate so we did it. We just finished our rental contract after paying $158 for 7 years and found out there is a $5000 residual we need to pay bringing the grand total for the AC/Furnace to just over $18,000. Granted I must take some of the responsibility for not reading all of the fine print but no one explained this to us. I will never deal with this company again.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Air conditioner not working properly, called and had same day service. Tim the technician knew right away what the problem was and had it resolved in no time! We definitely recommend Reliance.

    Condenser replacement; heater installation and removal

    I paid only for the heater removal and Re installation as the heater had to be removed to create the space for other installations. All the 4 people and senthol were highly professional and did their job in the best way they could. They are excellent ambassadors for your company and deserve a pay raise. Thank you for an excellent overall experience and timely delivery of the service.
