New compressor installation for AC unit

Very satisfied with the service provided by Reliance Home Comfort. Great service from everyone I spoke to on the phone to get a new compressor ordered and delivered and to schedule and appointment to have the new compressor installed once in arrived. Ravi, customer sales manager, was great. Thanks for all your assistance. Also, Adam L., team member #: BEA1234, the licensed technician who installed the new compressor was excellent. Very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be recommending Reliance to family and friends.

Not transparent in Contractual Terms & Poor Std of Products

I really had a bad experience with Reliance, from my point the company is not reliable. I installed Furnance & A/C in Brampton. Initially we sign an agreement which will be through the system in which only the first page is displayed and the terms and conditions was not explained by the Sales Person, and later on sent through mail, in which the contractual terms is mentioned for 7 years. Many commitments would be given by the Sales person but noting would be honored in the later stage, initial talks will be always sweet until signing the agreement. I opted for A/C and Furnace both put together the cost wont go beyond $7000, but in the agreement we end up paying close to $11,000, moreover once installed we cant cancel the contract and for coming out no clause or terms were mentioned in the agreement, seems to vague and not precise. Apparently after getting stuck in the contract, the product was not working up to the satisfaction, each technician came and had their own stories of not working, one complained about duct design, another one about the temperature outside, in the end as a consumer we are suffering. In-spite of unhappiness and not satisfied with the Product and service, from Reliance they still insist us to be with the company as the contract cant be withdrawn and for 7 years we end-up paying for a lousy product. Thanks, AK

    New central air conditioner

Getting central air was a investment and I needed to feel confident I was making the right choices. My sales consultant, Mike Grant helped me feel comfortable in my decisions. He was knowledgeable and informative and was able to answer all my questions. This certainly made my job as the customer very easy. I liked the fact he called the day after the install to check if we any questions or concerns. The installation team were polite and respectful and handled everything with a sense of humour.

    New Furnace

The sales guy was great, but the first two installers were sloppy. The ducting and exhaust were not professionally done and there were screws and plastic burrs all over the laundry room floor. They didn't use drop cloths. Twelve hours into the installation, they had to call in a 3rd guy to figure out how to connect the furnace to the heat pump. The 3rd installer was excellent.

Service on a suspected tankless water heater problem,no water flow in house.

Service tech arrived to assess problem I was having (very little water flowing throughout my home) and he came to the conclusion that the problem was my water softener unit.He (Jeff Haywood) called in to book a plumber for the next day and all was repaired and running well when i came home from work the next day.Jeff correctly determined where my problem was.Great job!!

Had a problem with leaky shower drain and plumber #4174 found out it had been installed incorrectly. He was friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable about questions asked. I would highly recommend Bob for plumbing needs in the future.
