We'd been considering upgrading our 20 year old system. Had Reliance in for a quote. Alex B showed us the negative impact on our air quality because of broken electronic filter and 15 yr old humidifier. We decided to go ahead with new furnace and a.c and Reliance was very accommodating. Got us a great deal and Alex, our adviser was very knowledgeable and professional. Installers were also great! I've been having issues with the heat, from my combination boiler/hot water system, not coming on when it's called for. The technician, Grant, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was courteous - always - and explained the problem, what was being done about it and was able to answer my questions. Thank you, Grant!

Changed my AC / Heating combo unit back in Dec 2016. We have been experiencing problems with the new unit ever since. Heating was not working, the technician cannot figure out why. After more than 10 service call, the winter is over. Still no idea why it kept breaking down. NOW THE A/C IS NOT WORKING. I Don't know how many service calls I will have to make... Please, this company has no idea what they are doing. If you want a system that breaks down when you needed it the most, go with this company.

Andrew McMaster was instrumental in my decision for choosing Reliance. He is very knowledgeable and knows his products. He also had a great support team behind him. He made me feel very comfortable in my decision and did not pressure me into anything. I would recommend Andrew to all my friends.

I am very impressed with this company and staff from sales to installation. There was no high pressure sales,extremely pleasant sales person Chris Niejadlik who even called me the night before to alert me to possibly a time delay,which didn't happen.The installers, Mike Goosney and Taylor Skinner, were on time,very pleasant ,efficient,worked well together and took the time to tell me what they were going. All in all a very pleasant experience.would highly recommend them.
