    Rheem Air-conditioner repair

    Grant Wilkie (HVAC Technician) was both professional and courteous. He assessed the problem and recommended the proper service repair procedure needed. Turned out it was a lengthy repair which would take 4 hours. He promptly re-booked an appointment, that worked with my time schedule, to complete the job. Very satisfied with the service I received.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Service advisor Andrew McMaster was really helpful in explaining my options and walk me through the process or rental and installation. When my schedule changed, he was kind enough to change my install appointment to 24 hours later, so I can get prompt service with unneccessary delay.

    service call on rented hot water heater

    Called Reliance on a Monday for issues with our hot water heater not heating, got a service slot for Thursday. Technician Tony was prompt, efficient, clean and respectful. He located and corrected the problem after some investigation and consultation. Afterward he had some good ideas for prevention as well as for using another cooling system that would be more efficient. We were highly satisfied with his services, but a bit frustrated that it could not have been scheduled earlier.

    Hot water tank repair

    Our hot water tank stopped working and Reliance sent out a tech the very next day. Typically I'm used to waiting around all day but Anthony F (#4262). Arrive within the first two hours of the waiting period. He quickly determined what was wrong with the tank and fixed it. Anthony also took a quick moment to talk to my 7 month old which she enjoyed.

    Quick and on time service

    The fan in our furnace stopped working a few days ago, easily made a service appointment online. Repairman showed up about 20 minutes into the 4 hour time period given, he fixed the problem in less than twenty minute. Was a great experience thank you!

    Water tank removal and install of new inclusive of pipes, lines.

    Previous liv-clean install was not done properly. This caused copper lines to rub, leak and fuse endangering my family with potential has leak. New install by Kyle Harper was the best experience I have had in all the years of workers on my property and in my home. He was extremely professional, kind, efficient!

    Service call

    Nick was the one assigned to us. Hes very professional courteous and answered all our questions. Explained the benefits of upgrading to a high effecient products. Quarantees us that the service will be done by a reliance employee and not a subcon in case we decides to upgrade. Unlike the first person that was sent earlier he just came inside the house w/o any slip on and didnt even call that he is on his way he said that its difficult for him to call. And was ask towait till i arrive hme for 5-10 min he declined..

    AC/Furnace installation

    The units were installed by Mike & Damian. I went with Reliance because a fly by night company Sudbury heating installed a Maytag A/C unit that broke down 2 years prior to the warranty. When I contacted them they said they had closed their business and told me to contact the manufacturer to find a servicing agent. After an hour bouncing through their contact info i discovered that there are no Maytag AC servicing available in Sudbury. I decided to go with a company that would be in business for the long term. The two servicing employees were efficient and very courteous. They did an excellent job and explained the system prior to leaving. I will never go to a private supplier again!

    Furnace and Air Conditioning maintenance.

    Had a Technician (Matthew Zawislak) come out do furnace and air conditioning maintenance. He got my non working air conditioner going and my furnace tuned up. He was friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend him.

    A.C Died

    Previous experience with Reliance, with a water hearer, lead me to call them when I needed a new AC unit. A sales person came same day, and in another day or two everything will be better than new. It was easy. He was very friendly, knowledgable and professional:) -Gregg
