Had to wait a whole month to schedule a maintenance appointment to do the maintenance on my ac unit. During this time my ac isn't working properly called them up and they scheduled an appointment that they cancelled 2 hour before they where spoused to show up after waiting a whole week ( I had to take time off work to be a at the appointment )now I have to wait another week for the next scheduled appointment that I really have no faith that it's going to happen. I feel scanned by this company.

I am very satisfied with the service received to install my brand new air conditioner - Rheem. The technicians were very friendly (Ray and Nasser), very clean and tidy. They did not leave even a footprint in my house and cleaned the back yard perfectly. If I need further product or service I will be sure to call Reliance Home Comfort.

Did an extension on my house and wanted a ductless split to zone off my new extension. Alex B came and helped me out. He was very helpful and got me the right system for my home. Appreciate the help! Andrew

I called Reliance to book a maintenance service on my water tank. The service tech came the same day. They sent over Jeff Moore, he was very polite and very knowledgeable. Jeff work was exceptional. Thanks again Jeff for all your help.

Do not call Reliance for any service calls. I purchased a home that had a rented Reliance water heater so I called them when my A/C unit went down. $99 for a guy to come and tell us we need to buy a new Reliance unit for $4k. Luckily we qualified for a $500 discount or could rent for $79/month. I could tell both the tech and salesperson had an interest in me buying a new unit. I called for a second diagnostic from another HVAC company. This second company told me it was an easy repair for $300. Our unit is relatively new so they were surprised we were told it was obsolete by Reliance. Also, they mentioned the fan wasn't working for the A/C and heat, which Reliance didn't care to look into even though I'd questioned it. A new A/C unit would not have fixed that. Summary: Reliance will do anything to sell you a new unit. Their "diagnostics" are just attempts to sell and there's no real diagnostic completed.

I have found Simon to be nothing but helpful & efficient! He came and explained things and advised me of my best options he made sure I was able to get the best deal possible as well as had my appointment for installation done as quick as possible. I have had nothing but a great experience with Reliance and would recommend them to anyone!

The entire process from calling in to onsite repair was handled quickly and professionally. The technician was personable, knowlegable, able to immediately recognize the problem and efficiently deal with it.

We woke to no hot water this morning at a crazy busy time of our lives. My son placed the call and a service man was here before 3 pm. Abdullah, the technician/service person was efficient and friendly and did a fabulous job. He had the blockage in our system fixed and the part replaced and the water back on within about 30 minutes! Excellent service and an excellent technician who represents your company very well.

Our advisor, Jarred, and the two installers, Luciano & Kyle, were professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jarred answered all of our questions but was not a 'pushy salesperson', which we appreciated. The two installers finished the installation well within the time estimate, removed the old equipment and swept the installation area clean before they left. They demonstrated the equipment and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I would definitely refer people to Reliance for good quality products and professional staff.
