Jocelyn was fantastic. We would recommend her for any plumbing issues. Our problem started when our hot water mixing valve failed. The valve was replaced and the incoming city water valve was fully opened but pressure was causing knocking in our pipes every time we ran the washing machine. Jocelyn did some amazing troubleshooting and stuck with us to resolve all the issues. We had multiple visits until the issue was completely resolved. We have hot water and the knocking is gone! We will always request Jocelyn for our future plumbing work, and we will be keeping the protection plan. Thanks Jocelyn!

The first service call I ever had done for my A.C. ,Jamie the service tech was Fast! Very friendly! Explained things in detail! And fixed it! Showed up early! Which is rare these days and very helpful and organized! Spotted the problems in minutes, went right to work, chatted while he worked with me making me feel like a person and not just a customer. Helpful sales agent Dan Arcari was prompt and professional. Contractor Moratti and his assistant were very courteous and explained any variations needed to insure comparability with my existing furnace and their clean up was topnotch.

I decided to rent a water heater from Reliance at $ 19.94 per month without being informed the contract was for 7 years! When they sent it to me, I said I hadn't agreed to 7 years and hadn't signed anything. They told me they would search their phone records as I must have verbally agreed! I laughed and told them I would never have verbally agreed and in any case a verbal agreement is not sufficient for them to hold me to the contract and I wanted to terminate. In the mean time they have sent me a buyout option for $1070plus HST! The heater they installed is listed at Home Depot for less than $400. So I'm not recommending any one rent a water heater from this company!

I had to upgrade my water heater due to chimney issues. Customer service and the installers were great. There were initial installation challenges but it was handled in a professional and timely manner. I definitely recommend Reliance as a service provider.

I am very pleased with your overall service. Every problem I have reported has been dealt with in a timely manner. I would like to add a special thanks to the last service technician (Derrick RCS2393) who arrived to look at at problem I reported with regard to noise from the Quiteside unit in my hot water heating system. He diagnosed the problem immediately and informed that the unit needed to be replaced. What I especially appreciated was that Derrick went much beyond the immediate service call and corrected several other items to make my system work more efficiently. He also explained to me how my system works and what I should do to keep it working efficiently.

Our furnace was 26 years old and in badly need of a upgrade. Reliance came in and gave us our best options for what we needed. The whole experience was professional and pleasant
