Casey employee# 4478 was very personable, professional and efficient. If I was rating only Casey, my rating would have been 10 out of 10. My issue was with your toll free calling system. They told me on April 26 that Reliance would replace my heater on April 27, between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. I had to call April 27 at 8:00pm only to find out that I was scheduled for April 28 between 10:00am and 2:00pm. I had to call to get that information! Not acceptable.

Excellent service and advise from sales person. He was on time and very professional . this was a very easy decision to make the sales person was very detailed in his explaination of everything.

Dan & Lance were the two technicians that installed our new furnace. They were very efficient & polite and knowledgeable, went through all the functions & setting of the thermostat. They are from the Sudbury area.

I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday through their website and the technician showed up on time. He was very professional, competent and explained me what he was doing. He fixed a issue with the furnace even if it was suppose to be an inspection only. I will recommend this compagny anytime.

I had my furnace and AC replaced by Amir and Adam. They arrived on time, they were pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. They explained what they were going to do and finished the jobs quickly and efficiently. They gave us tips on how to efficiently maintain our units. Good job I really appreciate the service that I received.
