Received call prior to maintenence. Grant Wilkie was very cordual and explained what servicing was being conducted. Very professional at all times. Would recommend this person to others requiring service. Thank you for this opportunity to voice my opinion.

The tech's were professional, accommodating and efficient. They were thorough in their explanations and tidy upon leaving. The work was done promptly and we are very satisfied. Overall, very satisfied with everything from booking, communication, sales rep and installaion. Tech's 2824 and 2962, thank you!

Grant W called 25 minutes before coming and was here in good time. Wore special booties to keep my home clean. He explained the issues that I had in a way that I understood. Also showed me how to replace filter in my furnace in a courteous manner. After he was done his maintenance he explained everything that he did and all the different tests that he performed on my furnace. Very satisfied with service and in a very professional way. This service was better than past services with previous sub contractors.

I use Reliance for all of my home comfort maintenance and repairs. Eric was the service technician that did the maintenance on my furnace today and I couldn't be more pleased. Great job and very informative on options for a maintenance plan. I've always been happy with all aspects of using Reliance, and today was the same quality I've come expect from them.

We just had our consultation with Frank Torchia and we were very satisfied with the system we ended up purchasing. It will be installed next week. The meeting was easy and straightforward, Frank gave is his suggestions but wasn't pushy. Looking forward to having it installed so soon.

The technician came to check my furnace and he called first then promptly showed up. Mr. Randy Breiland was nice and informative to what he was doing. He vacummed out the furnace explained what and why certain things needed cleaning. He changed the filter and check for carbonmonoxide which there was none. He then informed me of a possible upgrade to my equipment and finally when he completed his tasks. Randy then told me about the contest. Thank you for taking care of my equipment.

We've been happy with our new furnace and air conditioner that we had installed December 2015 so it was a no brainer to contact Reliance to replace our 23 year old sump pump as well as install a maintenance free battery backup sump pump. Reliance plumber Phil was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and readily answered all my questions. I would recommend Reliance to anyone who wants or needs any appliances repaired, replaced or inspected without hesitation.
