    Water Heater Replacement

    Called for a service worker to come and look at my problem and they came within a couple hours, told me what was wrong, and came in the next day and repaired in within an hour. Very polite, clean, and fast. Thanks Matt, Curtis and John for a great job.

    Furnace replacement

    Yesterday, I had the pleasure of the team -- Mike M and Rob D-- who were wonderful. I now have the Cadillac of furnaces rather than the old jalopy that used to be there (who thought I would be enthusiastic about a furnace!!). Not only did they create space in the room, but they creatively reoriented the furnace, made the humidifier discreet but visible, and gave me a new control panel which can be seen - rather than the previous badly designed one which had a blue screen and was extremely difficult to see. In Mike and Rob, Reliance has a team which takes pride in their work -- rare these days. They took great care to cover all surface that could be soiled and cleaned up well after themselves.     Unjustified charges to get rid of their old water tank

    2 years ago, but it still makes me angry. We were selling the house, and needed to remove their rented water heater. Informed Reliance. We paid our plumber to remove it, so Reliance had to only come and get their water heater. They sent us a bill for the cost of removing it even though they did not do that work, because we had already had it done. Lousy idea, this renting water heaters. That water heater was already 'elderly' when we moved into the house and reluctantly resumed the former owner's contract with Reliance. No one from Reliance EVER checks on the condition of those water heaters. We rented it for another 8 years. Then this charge when we had it taken out. I had been getting worried that in order for this thing to be upgraded, it would need a disaster to happen first. Do the math; it's MUCH more economical to buy and have a plumber install your own tank. Once you rent one of these things with them, there are unreasonable charges if you want out.

    Furnace replacement

    Our Furnace went out late Friday night.I was not to happy with the person on your 1 800 # she did not seem to know where Thunder Bay was and that it gets cold here.However we do have baseboard heaters.The serviceman Art was here 8am.and our furnace was shut down.Starting Monday the process of replacing the Furnace began Everyone from the salesman Vince to the servicemen who did the installation were knwledgeable,courteous,very willing to answer questions.So now I'm sitting at my computer nice and warm again!!Thank You

    Service Call

    My hot water tank stopped working. Called Reliance's local service number after going through multiple automated options I spoke to a call taker who asked when I wanted to have a service call she scheduled a service call within the next 4 hours. Within 90 minutes I received a call from the service tech to advise he was on his way, showing up 25 minutes later. James the Technician introduced himself at the door. I explained the issue he immediately identified a dirty sensor, cleaned it and also noticed a minor leak and addressed that as well. He explained what he was doing. James was polite, knowledgeable and efficient in taking care of the issue quickly. James did a great job and is a great ambassador for the company.. Great job James!

    Hot Water tank replaced

    Your service man Mike #2854 was so professional & efficient & polite , replacing the water heater , that we would like to notify the Company to give him some recognition. He explained everything & answered any questions & left us feeling satisfied. Thankyou Reliance Jen

    New furnace/air conditioner/water heater

    First of all....I was very pleased with our Sales Rep. very informative and friendly. Secondly....the install was handled very well. The problem we are having is the damage that was done to our front door (which is only 2 years old) happened when the water heater was brought in and then when the furnace/air conditioner were installed...a large scrape on the upper part and dents. We took pictures and so did the rep. who in turn gave them to her supervisor. I have tried to get in touch with her but only get the message that her inbox is full...they have had 5 weeks to get back to us so we are not too sure where to go from here. Also with the furnace install they scraped the side of my washer/dryer and 2 dents on my dryer (which are only 1 year old). Also, have heard nothing about the rebate we were going to get for the old furnace. We expect more from a company your size.....probably wouldn't have gone with Reliance if I had known this was the type of customer satisfaction you provide.

    hot water tank

    John called at 8:00 am and told me he was just leaving Sudbury and that he would arrive in about an hour. When he got here he came downstairs and explained to me what he was going to do and why. I chatted with him while he worked and he was very polite. I appreciated the fact that he didn't make me wait all day and he was done the job in about one and a half hours. That's the kind of service I like.

    Replaced hot water tank

    Our hot water tank burst on a Monday night, so I booked the appt online and a service repair tech was here the next day. Wednesday morning the new tank was installed by Warren Lavin. Efficient and quick! Great service!

    Great Service

    We had some issues with the scheduling (serviceman showed up on the wrong day) but that was not his fault. Jamie came to our house on time and was very cordial. Explained what were the issues with our furnace and air exchanger and repaired them promptly. The service call was no charge as we have a maintenance contract with Reliance for our furnace and AC. I highly recommend this as we have had two service calls in the last 6 months. Great peace of mind!
