    Service

    Had a boiler service done today, Andy called to tell us what time he would be arriving. He was very pleasant. He came within the time and gave our boiler a good service and changed the filter. Very pleased with the work done.

    furnace

    We have the maint agreement for our furnace and when it broke down we called for service. On Feb 19th the tech came and diagnosed the problem. He did not have a part but said the part would be delivered in a couple of days and they would come and install it. The part did not show up and we called reliance and found out the part had been backordered and would be in in a couple more days. When the part still did not show up we called again to find out the part still was backordered. You can see here that we are the ones that keep trying to follow up on the part. We are on day 15 in the winter with no furnace. I will say when you call in the people are nice to deal with, however we still have no furnace. We have asked them to call us with updates and Friday they did call and are still not sure of the eta for the part. We were also told that we could purchase a heater for $80 and they would cover the cost, and that was a nice gesture on their part. We have also purchased electric heaters on our own in order to keep warm.

    Furnace yearly inspection

    Courteous ,polite and very knowledgeable about the working of the furnace, answering any questions or concerns I had reguarding the furnace. Very Appreciated,

    Responsive service and extremely friendly staff who demonstrate professionalism

    I have been with Reliance for over 10 years and each service request have been met with courtesy and prompt attention. Our recent request was for a furnace failure. Given the conditions (winter) to have a furnace breakdown, the diagnostics, purchase transaction and replacement was performed within 48 hours; just awesome! At time when heating service is critical, thank you for your wonderful team work approach.

    Water Heater Upgrade

    First time experience with Reliance, and thanks to the wonderful technician it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain all the basics and new features. Service was completed quickly and cleanly. 5 starts for technician 112699

    Water heater service

    fix leak on outflow pipe, readjust furnace flow

    Tech fixed the leak but said he didn't know Reliance even sold Trane. He didn't seem to know how to adjust the air flow on the furnace, didn't if there were anysettings between minimum and medium. very frustrating to have a tech who didn't know the furnace. They should have to go to TRane in Oakville for a course.

    Excellent Service

    Reliance kept their promise on service. Water heater problem resolved in a timely manner. All it took was one phone call.

    rental equipment simply a money grab

    I trusted them to install water heater on rental basis. I have been paying for the rental price for straight two years. despite price depreciation in the end they charged me price for brand-new water heater. money grab.
