    furnace and air conditioner

    Norm was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He did a perfect job in a reasonable time. He explained what all the parts were and how everything worked. He made it possible for me to understand what he was talking about and how to use the thermostat. A very nice person. Thank you Norm

    Furnace and Air conditioner installation

    Excellent service all around. Our sales rep Andrew was very pleasant and honest. He took time to come on the day of installation to see how things were going. Shows the company is not just interested in your money. Day of installation work men were very polite and explained everything, they did their best to keep the work area clean. Installation manager came by as well to see how the workers were doing and ask if I had any concerns with anything. I was honestly very impressed with the time that was taken to make sure everything was done properly and if we were happy. Thank you so much.

    Very unhappy with the follow up

    Very upset with the follow up on a financing agreement. Sales gentlemen admitted he did not tell me about the deferral date and as a result my family had to pay a lot in interest. He misrepresented the agreement and once I followed up I he said sorry I can't help even though he apologized because I was the first person on that financing agreement and told me that when the first payment came off to pay the balance. I tried to follow up with the sales person and it is as if he completely moved on to the next customer. Very cold service. We moved residences and have a lot of additional work to do but I am quite dissapointed in the follow through. I am in business and the way that I have been treated is

    Tankless water heater installation

    Tyler V and his crew were great. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and made sure that I agreed to whatever modifications were necessary. The crew was very neat and covered the floor areas to protect them and carefully removed the old water tank and installed the new tankless heater perfectly, taking special care to mount everything squarely in the space, making it look like it belonged there. They replaced all ceiling tiles that were lifted during the process, and vacuumed the area afterward. Tyler answered all of my questions as the work was being done, and fully explained the rationale for the installation location (he also answered related questions to another installation that was done for me prevfiously.     New tank plus

    I am going to try to give the short version of this. Some good but some bad. Our HCA Brook Robson was excellent, along with the first guy Robert Allard the day before who inspected was nice. The head Senior Installer was NOT. He even put down Robert the next day saying how would he know he has never installed a tank. His helper - Joe was so nice and hard worker even my neighbour noticed; the electricity guy with the Aussie accent for the breaker panel plus so helpful, nice and just did his work right away. The rest I did not meet. Ken (?) was negative from the moment he walked in saying it wasn't going to work, wont get both furnace/tank in room, too small, not going to have his guy fall thru roof, panel no good and I might just not get anything done . Yet it all worked out except he could not install the humidifier. The worse of all was when he went to work on the tank first all the water came pouring out flooding r kitchen & living room fr opening the tank tap & not even prepping for it. He said it was broken but fine, why did he not prep the floor and everything for it. Your policy says r techs protect ur floors and bring drop cloths etc...I was asked over & over again for more of all of my towels, bowls for the water pouring out which ran under r living room floor boards. Ken took a pail of this hot dirty water and poured it into my kitchen sink at which I saw it ran all over the counters. He did nothing just walked away while I rushed to clean up. I even had to provide them with r ladder as they did not have 1 in their van, but said oh they could run back and get one. I have a disability - getting around and this day was so stressful for me. I called Brook who arrived immediately and even asked Ken where is ur stuff? He said in the van. I was so upset afterwards. The electrician for the panel, which as soon as he saw it said it would NOT b an issue, he could make it work, even asked Ken afterwards if he wanted him to stay and help. Ken said no he would stay till late that night if he had too. The electrician even took out and put back in all of r clothes etc in the closet where the panel was. He even came to me to explain everything. So for the rest of the afternoon I sat in my living room with my dogs and waited till he finished at 3:30. Then Ken explained the thermostat, signed & checked off his paper & asked me to sign. I was not happy with his service and the bowls and number of towels I had to clean up after later. Needless to say he says he can not install the humidifier. I would rate the other guys perfect scores but never would want Ken to do a job for us again. His negative attitude over and over, his mess, etc...not to mention when he asked to show me the thermostat he belched and did not apologize. Aside from everything from Ken the rest was great. Brook Robson did fabulous job the night before explaining everything to us plus.

    Furnace/AC replaced

    Scott Brenzil was excellent Home Comfort Advisor who set up the installation of the new furnace/ac. A rental program was explained and fits my needs perfectly. Fred - 2962 and Matt - 2842 were peasant and completed the work efficiently and within the time frame given. I appreciated the new cover on the AC and was told a service technician would come in the Spring to start the AC.

    Plumbing problem

    I am on a plan with Reliance. I had some challenges with plumbing and I called them. The service representative was courteous. The plumber (Phil) showed up at the proper time. Please was a pleasant person and took care of things very well. I am very satisfied.

    New furnace

    Had to get a new furnace due to an issue with the old one. Andrew from reliance gave competitive pricing and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. New furnace is working great!

    Furnace and AC replacement

    The entire experience from the initial contact with Lina, Brent and the crew that completed the work and the post services call was exceptional. The highest level of customer service, clean and punctual and highly knowledgable. Reliance replaced an old AC and mid efficiency furnace with a 17 Seer high efficiency unit and 97¯UE high efficiency furnace. I cannot recommend reliance highly enough. What a great company!
