Called Reliance for repair warranty. Technician was here in less than a hour (great service). Needed a new furnace and had a wood furnace as a secondary unit. Due to the one phase motor that was running both units the new unit has a two phase motor that we have to get permission from T.S.S.A. to hook up both units. I must say that the Reliance people are doing their up most to accommodate me to rectify this problem. The technician's were polite did their job leaving our house clean and gave us advice on operation of the unit. I would recommend this company knowing that they are doing everything in their power to get this problem rectified.

Great group to come and replace furnace and Ac. From salesman Scott to install crew Brendan and Len. This group deserves a 10/10. Install crew was very knowledgeable and informative during install . It had been a pleasure and so easy to place our trust in the knowledge and honesty of the sales rep and techs from Reliance. As our old furnace and A/c were 20 yrs old and not energy efficient we had been thinking it might be a good time to replace it. Our neighbour called us with the exciting news of getting a brand new furnace and A/C with an amazing promotion this month on the rental agreement. It didn't take us long to give the Sales Rep a call, and he arrived soon after, explaining the products, payment options, rebates, and answers to our questions.. Received paperwork for rebates, and a call asking if everything is fine. We are completely satisfied with everything and Will surely recommend them to anyone.

I had Rob H. and Antoni install my furnace and air conditioner and they were very professional, polite and very clean work area. I really recommend these to0 workers anytime. good to know they work for a good company.

Norm and Casey were very professional and efficient in their installation. They worked around problems and got the job done. They thoroughly explained the products. I would recommend them and the furnace installled.

Requested service because fan on the water heater had become very noisy and I was concerned possible failure. Technician Brad attended, inspected heater, cleaned off dust, tightened all bolts and assured me that there was not a significant problem with the fan

The service was prompt and quick, the technician was on time, the problem was fixed immediately and he even got me on a protection plan that could avoid future cost. I will be recommending this technician Roch Cayen to friends and family

I signed up for a New Reem Furnace and a new Air conditioner as well. We will be renting these for a piece of mind, rather than purchasing. John was very helpful, and answered all of out questions. He made us feel good about renting as opposed to purchasing. There is still an option to purchase if I chose to later on. We are very impressed with the way John helped me out. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone.

I case you haven't heard it before, be very careful renting a water heater from Reliance. I just told my buy-out for a 2007 water heater was over $600 and that it was listed as a $1,400 value when installed. The CRA advises you to depreciate appliances like water heaters over a 5 year period. Here I am 10 years later being told the unit has almost 50% of its original value (which original value is inflated itself). Buy...don't rent...and avoid Reliance Home Comfort.
