Our old furnace just died over the weekend. So we called Reliance Home Comfort to take a look. Our options were to repair it, which was a very expensive fix, or to replace it.
The next day, we met with Scott (sales rep; very helpful) to figure out our options. We opted to replace it and get a new AC and humidifier too. Since we had no heat, he was able to expedite the install. The next day, we had a new working furnace.
Re: the installation day, thanks to Bill and Wes for the thorough and professional install job. They showed up early, got everything up and running, walked us through the new features, and were done by the afternoon. They were even able to move the outside AC unit to a better location. Thanks for an excellent job guys.
