    Furnace issuses

    Furnace was not putting out the correct amount of heat. Called reliance to have a technician come out to evaluate and rectify the situation. Thankfully we were stent Mike. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed what the issue was and corrected it. He was courteous and knowledgeable. MIKE RCB1587

    Furnace Airconditioning unit replaced

    Mike M & Rob D. arrived at 8:30 and finished by 3:30. They were polite, helpful and proficient. The units were installed in good time and good order. They did not leave a mess, cleaned up, helped us to understand the programmable thermostat. Could not have asked for a more competent and professional installers. Great job well done, Thank you

    Hot Water Tank

    Had a leak coming from my hot water tank. They sent a technician over. Brad #4249 replaced my very old tank for a new one and even made the valves more accessible. He was very personable and helpful. Did a great job with ease.

    Customer Service

    Called 1 888 customer service, waited on hold for over 30 min, forced to hear the home star boasting, so here I am; starting ringing expecting to speak to someone, but I get hung up on. Called a 2nd time, waited another 20 mins, same thing happens, hung up on again. Called a 3rd time, 15-20 mins later I hear the ringing and finally someone answers. I explain to them what was happening for the last hr trying to call in, she actually laughs at me!!!!!!!!!! How unprofessional, if you are not locked in with them for anything, dont bother doing business with this company we are all just pawns to them. They dont care about satisfying their customers.

    A/C and Furnace replacement with rental units

    Customer representative responded quickly and we were able to decide on the equipment choice and processing of the rental agreement and install date. The installation progressed smoothly and was given adequate instructions to manage the new equipment. A request to modify the venting to the outside was taken care of within a very short time of the original installation. There were a couple of cosmetic issues I had reported within a few days of the install, follow-up visit by a supervisor and was assured that these would be taken care of. Installation was end of November 2016 and as of Jan. 7 2017, have not received a call back or a status report. Hopefully will get a call back soon.

    Furnace

    We had great service. Our sales rep was quick to respond to our questions and helped to understand our options. He helped us choose a product to meet our needs. There was no pressure to complete a sale.

    Furnace Tune-Up

    Advisor Jamie N #302 rocks! We scheduled our new furnaces' first tune-up on a Saturday, arrival time window 8am-1pm. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Jamie at 8:10am, he was 2 mins away. He arrived with a smile on his face, was courteous and professionally friendly. We had a couple of non-urgent questions and a concern. He listened, answered our questions and after hearing our concern decided to change a setting on the furnace that should make it operate even more efficiently than it has been. We are extremely happy with the excellent level of service and knowledge Jamie provided.

    Plumbing Repair

    Grant from Reliance Windsor is a plumbing superstar! I called to get a drip fixed under the kitchen sink. He showed up on time, fixed the job in no time, then the magic happened! He asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. He improved the flush quality of the toilet, found and repaired a leak from a bathtub that several plumbers charged us for but never completely fixed correctly, and finally, he identified a drain issue that other plumbers were not able to solve. It's infinitely rare to find a person that can over deliver beyond your wildest expectations. Problems that I gave up on were solved with a smile and good conversation. The best part was that this was all covered by a service plan which means I saved hundreds of dollars with a single call. Congrats on hiring Grant Reliance Windsor. I have never taken time to write a review on a plumber until now.

    No heat, no technician

    I am thoroughly disappointed. My furnace has not been working now for 24 hrs. We called over 24 hrs ago and the house temperature dropped to 11 degrees. I have a 4 year old and we were told that the earliest the technician could be at our home is between the hours of 1 pm- 6pm. 6 pm has now passed and no-one has called us. Tomorrow we are back at school and we have to sleep at a hotel. I cannot believe that there are not enoughemergency repair service technicians out there to service homes on a day where it has fallen below - 20 degrees celcius. I am also paying over $16 a month for emergencies like this. The worst part is we are at their mercy.

    Great technical service

    On Saturday evening one of my kids wanted to have a bath, she complained that the water is so cold, I went to check the water heater but nothing was clear. I called Reliance at 11:00PM and they booked a technical visit, the technician arrived at 13:00 his name is Reza, he checked the heater and within less than 5 min. he repaired the problem and explained to me the reason and how to recent it in the future in a professional way... recommended company & Very recommended technical representative...
