A NOTE OF APPRECIATION This is to certify that the Reliance Home Comfort companies' technicians Messrs. Joe and Sam (Twin brothers) changed our defunct 40 gallon water heater tank on Saturday Dec 18, 2016 at our residence in Mississauga. They both performed such a commendable job in less than an hour. We seniors (my wife and I were living/managing without hot water in our house for nearly a week during this cold winter season. But the moment these twin brothers of Reliance Home Comfort came to our residence and properly assessed our needs, they both immediately got into action, removed our old water heater and installed the new hot water tank. Within an hour of fitting the new hot water tank, we had hot water coming from our taps in our kitchen faucet etc. once again! Thank you Joe and Sam for a job well done! We got a new furnace from Reliance today, December 19, 2016 because we were unable to salvage the old one due to malfunction and corrosion. The service from Reliance was prompt and because they had to shot down our heat they provides us with small heaters until they were able to install the new furnace. On the day of the installation the mechanical technicians were here on time and for most of the day, use carpets so they wouldn't make any messes for going back and forth to their vehicles for parts etc. Thank you.

We wanted a quote on an installed humidifier. Patrick did a great job of explaining the options and finalizing the quote - and the sale. We were undecided between an installed humidifier on the furnace or a stand alone. After all was explained and priced we decided on the installed.

Furnace not working and weather very cold. Technicians were professional and polite and very thorough. Appointment dates and times were met, caliber of service exceptional. Initial appointment identified and resolved problem temporarily, to ensure contiuous service, part was ordered to replace older part. Second Technician replaced part, tested and cleaned up. I was very pleased with the high level of customer service. Very happy customer here. I recommend this company for all of yur home comfort needs.

Both furnace and A/C was replaced and the technicians Mike M. and Rob D. were amazing. All the duct work in furnace room had to be reconfigured unexpectedly for these techs. Initially a 2 day job but they finished in one day. Worked over and above. Up and running. Thank you.

My rented hot water heater stopped working sometime Friday evening so I woke up to no hot water Saturday. I called and was told that the earliest anyone could be here was 8-1 Sunday. I received a call at 10:30 from the service guy Al who said he was on his way. Within a few minutes he was at my door and soon had replaced the broken part. My hot water was back so I could get on with my Christmas baking. He was my hero today. Thank you very much.

I had a problem with my tankless hot water. I called Reliance and they set me up with a tech within a few hours. It was great. Obviously didn't want to wait a couple of days with hot water. The tech was polite and professional.

My rental water heater was so noisy 6 months ago, it was leaking water & made a big damage to the dry wall a couple of months ago, it does not heat up the water while my daughter is taking a shower now, I called reliance for service, they said no technician would be available today, they really have a garbage service. I'll throw it away as soon as possible.

My water heater refused to ignite. Reliance sent a technician to repair it (Arash Setayesh) and he was able to find a replace the broken part in 10m. Thanks for bringing my heat back!
