Robert employee #11910 was the one that sold us the furnace he convinced us that was one of the best furnace to serve our needs. Advising us that the furnace we had we might not be able to get the parts easily available for repairs due to how old it was. Dan and Andrew that installed the furnace were very polite and clean. Very professional. They knew what they were doing and very knowledgeable. They explained how the furnace functioned and gave us a course on the thermostat on how it works. Also advised us if we needed anymore information to call them. They clean after themselves. Very impressed.

Let's top things off with broken water heater. I have been renting the water heater from Reliance for 18 years . The sum of approximately $7000.00 dollars. Never once a call for maintenance. Call today they come say things that are unchanged since they put it in water tank does not meet code and shut water tank off . 14 month old baby in the house with no hot water. Thanks Reliance your my new hero. If code changes and you pay a monthly fee should they not make sure what they are renting me meets code what exactly were the rental fees for. I need a chimney liner which the technician was glad to give me a number which I'm sure gets him a kickback. Great customer service for a long time customer. I called for them to come pick up their water heater they want me to pay them $65.00 to come pick up their garbage . I guess my $7000.00 wasn't enough.

The Reliance plumber Bob F. (4147) was excellent. He called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving. He came in and put his shoe coverings on (which we truly appreciate). He assessed the problems quickly and went right to work. He did not hesitate when we asked him to do something extra. He also willingly answered any questions we had regarding our plumbing concerns. I would highly recommend Bob and Reliance Home Comfort.

Had technician by name of Pat D. was very satisfied with his repairs and very helpful in recommending future heating units that are available and cost efficient. Thanks for all the info Pat will ask for you on future repairs.

I thank my friend Habtom Kassaye ( Reliance tech, without him I'll never be in Reliance home comfort) who connect me to Mr. Momo Zeremski the best sales person in the world. I never have this kind of sales person in my life that give me hope in sales person. He is very kind, knowledgeable and help as a friend and a family who goes extra miles until I am satisfied with all the process of purchasing and installation of my new Furnace, water tank and AC. How thankful my wife Bev. And I are for the information and help Glen gave us on his visit to our home. We were impressed by his presentation and he put no pressure on us, but left the decision to us. We feel we made the right decision and the new furnace and air conditioner have been installed. Glen's team did a great job of installing and taking time to answer any questions we had and explained all the functioning of the furnace and air conditioner before they left. We are very pleased and thankful for the Reliance service that we now have and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Reliance rep John S. checked water leakage on our water heater and than replaced the complete unit due to age and leakage of the tank. All work prep, set up and replacement of the tank was completed in a through and professional manner by John and his assistant. Noted that particular attention was taken to work set up and clean up after job completed.

I was very pleased with the service offered by your plumber Bob Fradgley (4174); He announced his arrival, checked each problem I new about, went to buy the parts needed and fixed it all. He left each work area nice, clean and dry! I asked him to check also the laundry sink and he changed all the washers and end up working twice longer under the sink to solve a hidden lick; That must thrown his schedule behind but he worked with out any hesitation; I really appreciate his dedication and plumber skills; I would like to have him back to check all our water use spots in the house.
