Andre and Andrew came to my home today to clean the furnace . They told us that we need to replace our furnace . They were very friendly and nice .

i received multiple reminders prior to the appointment. The serviceman arrived within the promised time slot. He was courteous, friendly and very thorough. Beside performing a routine furnace service, he replaced a blocked humidifier drain hose. Good job.

Had two toilets which would not stop water "running". Called Reliance's new plumbing service. Plumber Phil came this afternoon and fixed both with new parts. He also did a whole house inspection for the Home Comfort Protection Plan and gave it a "clean bill of health". He was very professional; personable; and answered our questions in a courteous manner. Should the need arise we would not hesitate to ask for him by name. Thanks Reliance.

Furnace and a/c installed. Great work Bill and Wes. They came right on time, they worked hard. They were neat and very plesant. I was very pleased with them. Thks again guys.

We had Brad and Andy replace our water heater and they did a fantastic job! The were fast, efficient and very helpful. They also left our house tidy. Thank you Both!

I had my furnace installed yesterday. If I could rate the company and their staff it definitely would be a 10, no problems at all. Staff was excellent. I would rate 10.

The service from the local serviceman is excellent but I feel the company should supply a good humidifier when they sell a furnace that is far more important to me than an air conditioner

I was very pleased with the technician that looked after my furnace this year as I found him a great deal better then the one that showed last year. He checked the emissions at the exhaust and rads, put a cap on to prevent leaves from entering and checked the furnace filter. Last year was not to my satisfaction as the only thing he told me was that my four year old furnace was rusting but the gentleman that came this year said it was fine. I hope this years technician returns next year. I highly recommend him.

I had called Reliance to come out and help me with my new (1 yr old) thermostat. I didn't understand how to use it. They sent out Raj C., and he was fantastic! He patiently went over how to work, and understand my thermostat. He also found the instruction booklet for the thermostat, and the air conditioner cover that had been just stashed in the basement by the guys who installed it in the first place. He was very professional and very pleasant. Thank you Raj C.

On Oct 4, 2016 I noticed a leak in my rental hot water tank. I called Reliance and within 2 hours I had a new tank ALREADY INSTALLED in my house. Dillon Moore answered my service call that day and was a pleasure to have in my home replacing the tank. This is not the first time I have had to call Reliance for an emergency and they always respond immediately. Much appreciated!
