My installation team of Shane, Victor and an apprentice was very friendly, courteous and, above all, professional. The script as outlined by my account manager, Jordan, was followed to the last detail. I could not help noticing how easily my wife also became comfortable with them. We are happy with their workmanship. It was an all-around pleasant experience. Truth be told, we began to get warm and comfy, both physically and psychologically, the moment they had the system up and running!

We have problem with leaking sink in our kitchen and also upper bathroom sink drying very slow.We call to Reliance and they send plumber technician (Mr.Bob Fradgley #4174) to our place to fix problem in very short time.We very happy to work with this company.Very recommended for all.

It was a pleasure Dylan and Howard. They came early in the morning and, as promised, spent the entire day installing the new equipment. At the end, they explained in detail how to operate and maintain it. Throughout the installation they listened to my questions and explained what they were doing. Great team, polite, courteous and technically knowledgeable.

Technician Dave (DAA 4271)performed the annual service on our home furnace and Air conditioner units today. A written report was provided as well. As a business owner myself,I was impressed by how professional and informative Dave was.

There was an old leaky pipe coming from the hot water tank. And a couple of others were ready to go. Poor solder jobs. This is an excellent program Reliance comes to the rescue again. Plumbers name is Bob

Our new furnace was installed today by Chris Z. Great work, done in a timely manner. He cleaned up after the install, showed me how everything worked and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and friendly. Would recommend him for any install. Thanks Reliance and Chris!

I have purchased two protection plans and rent a water heater with Reliance. Each tradesperson has been excellent. They are polite, well-informed and go over and above their duty. I have found the plans to provide me with quite a savings especially since I have an old house. Bob Fradgley the Plumber has been out twice and fixed all of the problems we had effortlessly and with a smile. Reliance is one of the few companies these days that really understand customer service.

Douglas Praframan did an amazing job in our home. He was kind and explained our options fully. Even when it was difficult to find certain information he needed he was patient. Lastly, he was considerate of my irregular sleep schedule and tried to be as quick as possible. He did a great job.

Jason Maluske showed me and explained water softener, Very thorough. He showed me ultra violet light and filters. Explained what needed to be changed. Explained how softener works. Thanks for his help
