Very good service call. Friendly and informative rep(Bernie). Fast and efficient with good advice in regards to the future of my furnace/heating requirements. Earlier dealings with Reliance Home Comfort in regards to my hot water heater rental was very satisfactory.

Markus and Bruce replaced our furnice true gentlemen would recommend them to our friends. And gave us great customer service and explained everything really well. It's really nice to see that your company really screans their employes very well. Thanks Lucia White

Laurier the technician from Reliance home comfort came to do the maintenance on the furnace. I am really impressed on the service Laurier provided. He was polite, professional and thorough. Explained a lot about what he was doing and showed me some of the testing. Before he was done he noticed heat escaping the furnace where certain pieces connected an went to his truck and got some Aluminum Tape and taped the spaces where the heat was escaping. I will be calling Reliance home Comfort in the future.

Had a great experience with Don, everyone we dealt with was fast, friendly, courteous, and eager to assist us with our home improvements. Would hire them again anytime. They went above and beyond. You don't see that much anymore.

I phoned about 8 am and I was told someone would be available between 10 and 2 that day. Kevin Hill arrived on time, very courteous and explained everything well. The HWT worked fine after he drained it. He answered all my husband's questions. A very nice young man!

Ken Hill arrived promptly after I reported a water heater fault to Reliance. His service was exceptional not only fixing the fault but also ensuring all other elements were working correctly and efficiently. Thanks.

Shawn was great. Very professional and personable. He not only completed our annual AC, Furnace and Filter maintenance but more importantly gave us some great unsolicited advice that will save us money and avoid unnecessary service issues and calls in the future.
