    Service/Install

    I called this morning requesting a new water heater. It was booked for installation tomorrow with the hopes of getting someone available to come out today because I had been without hot water for 3 days already. Jason, the technician was here by 1 pm today. He was courteous, efficient and answered my many questions. He was also done within a couple hours. Thank you Jason Mitruk.

    Boiller installation

    I would definitely recommend Adam groves and Rob Lalonde! They work fast and efficiently and we're very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable and I am very happy with the finished product!

    A/C repair

    I appreciate the server who came to my house twice on Aug 5th and 6th. He was very responsible and work hard, and found the problem of my A/C which was ignored by the others of reliance company. I hope the service manager can give me a call to clarify the problem about my A/C, and fix my wi-fi sensor or pay me a same one as it was burned by mistakes of wiring when installed by your company. I have asked for this calling back service for at least three times, but never got response.

    Furnace and are conditioner

    Brendan and Rob were amazing. They made sure my floors and stairs were covered while doing the install. They made sure I was consulted when there was a question for placement for pipes. The clean up was thorough, there was no mess when they left. You are lucky to have such conscientious employees.

    Bad business. Should be out of business

    Well where do i start from. I moved into this home back in 2001 April and had the water heater on rental. Finally in 2011 decided to have it removed and replaced by owned larger capacity. Called Reliance to confirm procedure to return the tank which Home Depot would get done; there was no charge for return as this unit was already close to 25yrs old. I get a bill for $130 from Reliance. Upon calling them, they said the unit returned was in damaged condition - ok - do you have photos, i asked. Yes, we have photos to prove it. Fine, send me those - for two weeks i never get those. Then when I called back; they said I owe them this money ... story is changed... because I was in breach of contract e.g. the unit was being returned in 10 years time. Imagine my anger at this point, I have been in this house for 11yrs and on the tank it states the date of manufacture. For weeks tried to get hold of the managers who convinently were always in meeting and i am now being threatened for collection. I had enough and filed a complaint with BBB and copied the correspondences with Toronto Star giving them two weeks to comply otherwise I was going to file a police case for fraudent practices. I was got a call from their manager out of the blues and got my money back and no apology. Bottom line. Never ever deal with this company. Buy your own water heater - it pays off within two years of rental that you have with these people.

    hairstylist

    hot water would not work....sent someone out the next day he was friendly , but stayed 5 minutes and the following week problem was happening again so reliance sent out jason mitruk and he found the problem right away, he was friendly and fixed the problem. he aslo advised me that previous worker had been let go. ahhhhhh makes sense... it was just a pain for me and my business to be inconvinced twice in two weeks.

    Hot Water Heater

    Experience was great! I called and someone came to fix our hot water heater the same day!! The technician Jason was very professional and I would definitely recommend this company.

    Furnace replacement

    Andrew and Dan were very professional. Andrew was very thorough in explaining in how the furnace worked and took the time to tell me about the features. Very polite and professional young man! I'm happy with the service installation.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    I was very pleased with this service. The service person, Jamie, explained my options when he discovered that my air conditioner was leaking and needed a new coil.He ordered the part and he was prompt and reliable. Every time he entered my home he put slippers on over his shoes and he worked diligently to get the repair done. I would definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort Services . I did not pay for the parts or service because it was covered under my maintenance plan.

    Fix Air compressor unit as it stopped functioning

    Excellent service was provided by Andre Dyer,Very pleasant personality. Called before coming. He called again that he will be 15 min late which shows his responsibility and care. Found problem within half hour and promptly repaired it. It is good to deal with such person. Your receptionist Hassam?? receiving reporting problem call was good, knew what to do and promptly set up an appointment.
