    Replacement of old furnace and a/c.

    We had both the furnace and a/c replaced and the 2 men that came to install them worked so hard. They arrived at their appointment time and never stopped all day. Everything was explained to us before they left. If I could I would give them a 15. The service tech was very helpful with explaining everything and the salesman we were very pleased with. There was absolutely no pressure to get a new furnace or a/c.

    21 Point Precision Tune-Up/Annual Inspection On Furnace/AC Units

    I would like to compliment Reliance Calgary again! Our Technician, Farid, arrived at our home right on time and was courteous, professional, in a Reliance uniform with footwear covers to protect our floors and carpets, and spent time explaining all facets of our annual inspection for our furnace and AC units. Farid also walked me around and explained every relevant piece of technology and equipment relative to the upcoming winter season and provided hints on how to set the equipment properly as the weather changes. In addition, Farid performed a comprehensive set of tests and left us a written record of all work performed. Excellent personalized service overall!

    Plumbing Repair

    Phil the Plumber was prompt efficient and very helpful in fixing our noisy toilet cistern. As we have the plumbing protection plan the cost was zero. Can thoroughly recommend this service. Phil was excellent.

    New furnace and installaion

    Review says I'm in Chatham.. But I'm actually in Brantford.. Sinclair Viravouth from sales went above and beyond.. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.. Purchased the furnace Tuesday night and it was installed the next day.. Sinclair came to the house to let us know the installers were running behind.. The installation went perfectly.. For me anyway.. Installation was done really quickly.. And they cleaned up behind themselves.. Have already recommended Sinclair and Reliance to my friends..

    Customer Service

    I have had a terribly frustrating experience with Reliance attempting to transfer accounts to a new residence, confronting simple confusion and continuing consistent dialogue and information across multiple phone conversations.

    Furnace & AC replacement

    We were extremely happy with the professional way that Berndan and Fred installed our equipment . They were very knowledgeable, were able to answer all of the questions asked and they ensued we were comtfoltable with operating equipment before they left. Clean and tidy we would recommend Reliance to all our family and friends for there warm and friendly professional service.

    Replacement of Furnace and Air Conditioning Unit

    Our experience with London Home Comfort Reliance was superb! Right from having the technician (Rick Westgate) come and analyze what the problems were through to the excellent presentation of options to help in our decision making made by the sales person (Joe Eckert) and through to the excellent installation and expertise of Sherry and Dean to have our new furnace and A/C unit installed and cooling our house again within three days. It was absolutely the best experience and we are extremely satisfied with the service through and through. An excellent team to work with! Mo & Jean Ann

    air conditioner, tankless water heater

    I try to edit this review for the third time. First I made the mistake of naming the third party who did the install. 3rd party or not they were sent by Reliance. Then I tried to do it in pictures but the pictures I uploaded I believe were just too big and when they converted to a smaller size you could not read what I said. So I have redone the pictures. The question you need to ask yourself is would you want this install in your home? Furnace room/laundry room or not it still has to be done properly. The whole process was a a case of very bad communications. The 'COMPANY REP” which is what he calls himself (no need to serve a customer) did a very poor job on this. If I had any idea what the final result was going to look like I would have never proceeded with this. I or my neighbors do not much like the 8 inch monstrosity now sticking out of my home. Only after the fact the “COMPANY REP” told me he could of shown me a picture of the result from a picture he had on the his phone. Only after the fact I was told there was another option on the tankless water heating system that would have avoided that monstrosity. I believe it would have also avoided a 12 inch hole blown in my foundation. This 3rd party seemed to have no clue they were in someones home and they should have treated it like their own. The home owner (me) was not kept in the loop during the installation. Everything seemed to be “cut the corners”. After a fantastic window installation, a person who knew that the quality of his work was as important as the quality of the product he was installing. After being here close to 18 hours there was nothing left behind for me to pick up after him. I was kept in the loop through the whole process. That my fellow home owners is the way to get a job done. Do it right the first time every time! Reliance reputation has been badly damaged on this. The 3rd party should be ashamed!

    I had new a/c and heating system installed.

    I had Scott Donaldson, your sales rep meet with us Monday afternoon to go over our options. The next morning a new system was being installed. Scott was very informative and the crew was very professional.

    Replace busted electric water heater.

    My water heater had been busted for quite awhile without me noticing any change to my hot water. What I noticed was my Hydro One bill going into the thousands per month and for summer months. Talk to hydro they told me that something was running full blast 24-7 and I should check the water heater. Called reliance the worker came over in a few minutes confirmed my water heater and within 5 days had a new water heater install. Job well done in less that 2 hours. Now relieved and stress free!
