My water heater had been busted for quite awhile without me noticing any change to my hot water. What I noticed was my Hydro One bill going into the thousands per month and for summer months. Talk to hydro they told me that something was running full blast 24-7 and I should check the water heater. Called reliance the worker came over in a few minutes confirmed my water heater and within 5 days had a new water heater install. Job well done in less that 2 hours. Now relieved and stress free!

After a couple of days of showering with cold water and receiving 1 broken part only, I've got a Reliance specialist, Arash, going the extra mile, travelling to pick up replacement for another broken part (a water pump), with an excellent, professional attitude, great technical knowledge, staying late and fixing my water heater 100%. Great person, great service! Highly recommend Arash, number 1 specialist!

Prompt response to e-request for quote. Within a few hours, Rick, our sales person, was at our door. He was well-informed, professional, and worked hard to obtain a very reasonable price for a quality product. The A/C was installed the next day without incident. Two Reliance tech's Brendan and Fred install equipment we were very satisfied, there setup knowledge of equipment and cleanup was first class . Overall we were not expecting the quality of work that they performed .We would recommend Reliance to our family and friends for the way they conduct themselves .

We had a new air conditioner installed, we were reassured it would be able to work with our exiting older oil furnace. unbeknownst to us it was installed incorrectly, the thermostat was never connected, the air was running for 30 day solid. Our furnace company came to do a service on our furnace and pointed all this out to us, there was water running out the bottom of our furnace, the wiring was done wrong and was unsafe to be left the way it was. I immediately call the technician, he came out a day later, said he would fix everything he needed to order a part. I patiently waited for a month, never heard anything. I contacted our sales rep, he said he woudl look after it, I heard nothing for two weeks. I am disgusted with the company, the service and I am asking to have the unit removed and I will deal with a different company. So dissapointed with everything form start to finish.

We are very pleased with the install that Sinclair and the Reliance team did. He gave us a great price and had it installed in three days. I highly recommend Reliance for your next furnace or a/c install.

I got a furnace and AC unit two years ago the AC has never worked right.They also put a lien on my house that i didn't know about, now the equity in my house is 13700 less then expected. They wont do anything about it. I also have to pay for a lawyer which is around 795 to have it postponed so i can do the mortgage

Chris arrived at our home on time and was fully aware of our problem. Within a couple minutes he had the situation analysed and called in for parts. The warehouse did not have the required part in stock but Chris said it would be couriered directly to me the next morning. When the part arrived I was simply to contact the office and notify them that the parts arrived. Chris called me when the office said he would and he arrived ready to work. In a very short time Chris had our air conditioning working better than it has ever functioned since it was installed even after numerous other servicemen worked on the furnace / air conditioned unit. the sales person was very professional and courteous and knows his stuff. this continued on through to the installation staff . they were fast, explained all aspects, covered the floors so they did not make any messes and cleaned up everything they touched. hauled away old furnace. was very painless experience. I would highly recommend them.
