    Hot Water Tank Pilot light

    the theromstate they use with carreir furnice and A/C is very bad

    I replace my furnace and A/c with carrier brand the system is good but the thermostate dos not link to the app when you complain to Reliance they will tell you call Carrier and when you talk to Carrier they will refer you back to Reliance in my humbel opinion the App and online connection system is very bad bad

    Furnace repair

    We are happy that it is finally fixed. However, it took almost 3 days and two technician visits. Many thanks to Mr. Ashwani who succeeded and the operator who scheduled his visit promptly.

    Hot water heater rental

    New water heater slightly more than 1 year old with multiple malfunctions. We have been without hot water now for 3 days. We made an emergency service call with no response to this emergency . The appointment for service was made 4 days from the call. Hot water is an essential service. We had to send our family with infant child home over Christmas due to having no hot water .

    Service on rental

    Dec 23 furnace not working..called reliance ..someone will be out Dec 24 ..they call back some one will be out Dec 23 by 1 pmsub contractor shows up says is pressure valve we just assess the problem we dont fix it we call reliance someone will be out Dec 24 between 8-1 no one shows up after numerous messages being left and people calling us back with no answers someone calls Dec 24 at 6:30 pm to tell someone will be there Dec 25 between 8-1 ..finally Dec 25 at 12:00 pm service man shows up ..I forgot to mention that it was -31 degrees C and 60-80 km winds during this whole ordeal ..so I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone the service man was nice and respectful and offered an apology..thanks Dave

    4 repairs and water heater still not functioning

    Water heater stopped working 7 weeks ago. Reliance technician came and replaced tank. Broke our vacuum holder and stained the carpet taking away the tank. New Tank quit working a week later. Repairman came. Tank stopped working again. Very nice repairman came did a fix. Tank stopped working two weeks later. We asked for a Senior Technician, they sent a guy with 6 months experience. He changed some venting in furnace room. Needed my help to hold a PVC pipe. Broke my glasses doing so. Tank stopped working about two weeks later. Told I will not have a repairman until after Xmas. I am completely fed up with Reliance.

    My igniter went on my furnace. The technician was very resourceful and efficient. Great service from this technician

    Installation of NEST thermostat

    The technician phoned ahead of time to give us an estimated arrival time. He was friendly and efficient, getting our new thermostat up and running in good time. He assisted us through downloading and setting up the NEST app on our phones and connected the thermostat to our wifi. Excellent and very convenient service!
