Technical expert Joe Varertte is the absolute best. On a scale of 1-10, he gets 100. Professional, thorough, polite, he went above and beyond the call of duty. I have never had better representation from this company. Kudos' Joe, you deserve a raise for representing the company so well. A piece of crap undersized unit can not cool the house down this company just keeps making up excuses instead of rectifying the problem. Do not buy from this company it's all BS

I had been dying in the heat and called Reliance and had a gentlemen from Cambridge come named Phil Latour. He was Fantastic. Curteous professional and even my dogs liked him. He assessed my issues by seeking to understand from my comments and then trouble shooted. He got me up and running and let me tell you I was one happy customer. My old A/C "bit the dust" on July 17 and I wanted a new one fast because of the extreme heat we are having. We saw the Reliance add on TV and called to set up appointment. Daryl from Reliance showed up at the set time and worked out the best cooling solution for our house and made the appropriate recommendations. Even though it was late in the afternoon Daryl worked out a way to have the unit installed the next day. My Wife and I were extremely happy the way Daryl treated us and we highly recommend him. The installers that came the next day also were very professional ( Mike & Viji ) and did a very good installation job and left everything spick & span. Thank you all very much for a fine job done!

I have the heating and cooling protection plan for years now. I really like annual maintenance that is included in the plan. You can always count on Reliance for the services and support that they provide. I highly recommend them.

We had AC installed in our home. Our sales rep. Doug was awesome and made sure we were satisfied. Chris and Adrew did an amazing job and even fixed something that another contractor didn't do properly. Thank you so much, we are now sitting in home comfortably!!

With so many positive reviews my voice does not add much. However, I was truly impressed, as always, with service. My A/C unit stopped working properly and Mario came to my house within 3 hours of the call! The day is unbelievable hot and staying inside without A/C is a torture. Mario have found the problem and fix it in record time. 30 min down the road and my house is cool again. Terrific service, amazing timing and highly recommended.
