Victor Lee helped us out tremendously by making sure that we would be getting a new HVAC as soon as possible as our old one was really outdated. Me being pregnant, I needed a new HVAC right away. So, that helped quite a lot.

The Reliance Rep came out, gave us a fair price compared to the other estimates we received. The install was scheduled and the two installers Amir and Adam showed up promptly. It took them 4 hours to do the installation, and when it was done they explained the installation and the operation of our new unit. We are VERY satisfied with the work that was done, and our new A/C System.

During the long weekend we had a day when we did not have any hot water. I called Reliance and they quickly dispatched someone over within the next hour. Jason Mitruk was very nice and resolved our issue very quickly.

After scheduling an appointment with another company and having them reschedule over an hour into their scheduled arrival window, I gave Reliance a call to come fix my Air Conditioner. They managed to get to my house 75 minutes after my call. The employee, Steve, immediately identified the problem, and was transparent about the cost before making quick work of the fix. He went through all the necessary checks to make sure everything was running properly and gave me some maintenance tips before leaving. Couldn't be happier with the service I was provided!

I cannot begin to explain how professional our Advisor Tom and the installation team were- our comfort advisor was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services of the company and how they could meet my needs- I was never pressured or forced into anything- the rental program made things easier for me to say yes- the installation was smooth and they made me comfortable having them in my home

The sale rep answered all questions we had and helped us out by upgrading our equipment when there was a back order issue. from purchasing to installation was fast and efficent

Sales person Mr. Andrew who came for AC quotation described everything to us in details. We got very good product from him. He had very good knowledge about products. He guided us to get best product as per our home requirement. We didn't spend any money for product and installation as per promotion for no payment for 2 summers. Even the people who came for installation of AC were very nice. They finished the job on time as well as efficiently. They described me in details about how to take care of product in summers and winters. I would definitely recommend their service to my another friends if they need this product from reliance. I appreciate the service from sales person and installation team.

We had Matt L. come to our house to do the scheduled furnace and A/C maintenance. He was very informative when we asked him to explain how to clean the A/C, as he demonstrated what to do for us. We appreciate his pleasant demeanor and willingness to help. Thank you, Matt!!

Need a new hot water tank. Chris came in checked out the old tank and had it pulled out and the new one in within 2 hrs. Went through all the checks for possible water leaks, gas leaks. Showed me the settings for the temperature and if needed how to restart the pilot light. Chris war very professional and polite let me know what was happening all through his job.

I have used Reliance for multiple services and equipment rentals in my 2 homes. Their service technicians are always great, friendly and knowledgeable, recent installs were neatly done and they cleaned up after nicely. My complaint is with their billing department. There have been numberous and erroneous billing issues, that though were able to resolve each time, there has been much time lost for each issue. It's too bad really, that with great customer service in all other areas, their billing department brings much frustration and hours lost on multiple calls. If I hadn't had all these billing issues I'd give a higher star rating
