I rent my furnace and a/c - furnace needed repair so replacement was suggested (furnace was installed 2003, the a/c was older) - work ordered for Monday morning June 20, 2016- I was told arrival would be between 7 and 11 and mostly likely at 830. When no one had arrived by 10 I phoned and later was told that there had been a scheduling problem over the weekend. The installers arrived just after 1 - and by 11 that night had substantially finished. They said they would come back either Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon - with Wednesday being probable to connect the humidifier and remove the old furnace - they took the old a/c with them that night. When they had not returned by Friday morning, I called the sales person (the only number available for problems) - the result being that the installers returned Friday at about 530 -where they removed the old furnace from my basement and finished connecting the humidifier.
They were personable and competent - I suspect the problem is with scheduling. (BTW, I do not understand why your program considers the verb 'to lay' is forbidden)
