Many thanks for Reliance Technician Sam Demelo, who repaired my water heater, and restore the hot water in my house. He did a beautiful job, demonstrated high level of professionalism, excellent customer services. He analyze the problem and found quickly the solution, the part that needs to be replace, he worked quickly and precise, and explained all the steps that he will perform to repair the water heater. Excellent work Sam, Thanks again!!

Our 15 year old air conditioner died. We also needed a new furnace. We were given energy efficient solutions that meant savings. Service technicians who installed were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Morgan Charlebois for walking us through the steps to purchase a new air conditioner. He made the process quite easy with his competitive pricing. Thanks also to Tyler and Ryan for their great effort in installing the new unit in record time. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and how we should look after the unit to get the best life out of it.

I rent my furnace and a/c - furnace needed repair so replacement was suggested (furnace was installed 2003, the a/c was older) - work ordered for Monday morning June 20, 2016- I was told arrival would be between 7 and 11 and mostly likely at 830. When no one had arrived by 10 I phoned and later was told that there had been a scheduling problem over the weekend. The installers arrived just after 1 - and by 11 that night had substantially finished. They said they would come back either Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon - with Wednesday being probable to connect the humidifier and remove the old furnace - they took the old a/c with them that night. When they had not returned by Friday morning, I called the sales person (the only number available for problems) - the result being that the installers returned Friday at about 530 -where they removed the old furnace from my basement and finished connecting the humidifier. They were personable and competent - I suspect the problem is with scheduling. (BTW, I do not understand why your program considers the verb 'to lay' is forbidden)

i was satisfied that technician was able to fix the water heater in an instant, due to health issue hot water is always needed at home due to having 3 seniors at home. i was impressed of what service he did to our water heater. he is an excellent asset to your company. from the bottom of our hearts we thank the technician. We hope to see you again as our next service technician in the future.

I needed air conditioner fixed, and I had an old furnace, so on the recommendation of a friend, I called reliance. They sent a rep within 3 days and installation was 2 days later. Good, quick service.

Leaking hotwater tank called at noon for repair...received call back 330 pm and was told they cant come for repair until tomorrow. This company needs better response. Rental hotwater tank only as good as the service provided...lacking in my case.

Dan & Chris called before coming over. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing with the installation of the new furnace and air conditioner. Dan showed me how to use the new thermostat. He also explained the service for the outdoor temperature feature but I was ok without that feature.
