    furnace & air conditioner installation

    After 15 months my furnace and air conditioner have not been installed correctly, as a matter of fact the air conditioner parts are laying on my basement floor. Reliance claims that I should keep placing service calls. This is BS as my equipment has not been installed correctly and they should have completed the original install correctly. " I have requested that Reliance remove their equipment from my premises".

    call centre and service

    I tried to call your call centre for 5 hours on May 28th, 2016. Never got through. I think 5 hours is a little too long. I did get through this morning in 5 minutes but I will say it was 7 in the morning. What is the problem. You need more people on the phone lines. People should not have to wait that long. I finally got through and had appointment booked. Was told that they would call first well he didn't. The repair was done but the service tech was pushy and tried to get us to buy new AC and furnace. I told him I would call and talk to someone. about 30 minutes later I get a call from a salesman. I did not ask him to have anyone call me. I may go to another provider . This service tech was rude and ignorant to me. if you wish to speak to me send me about this email me.

    Water Heater

    Harry R fixed our hot water heater! The pipe was clogged and the flame unable to start. He cleaned out the pipe and even found a ring! Great service! Thanks Harry!

    Air conditioner

    We rent equipment. New install.Air conditioner not working. Called for service Friday at 8:00 pm, waited 45 minutes for pickup. Reliance committed to service between 1pm and 6pm next day (Sat)-no show, no call. Waited another hour on phone for pickup Sat/nite, now they can't be here until Monday between 4-8pm. Absolutely the worst and they tout their service!!!! Their explanation-A/C influx of calls-hello-it's a heat wave, it's hot! Clients pay for service and your job is to provide. Can they pay for hours we waited here and on the phone, inconvenience, lousy sleep? Dreaming! They say they have a planning dept-they couldn't organize a one man parade.

    Furnace HVAC installation

    Hys and Tim installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. They were very quick (they arrived around 8am and were done by 2:30) and very friendly. It was especially nice that they encouraged my four year old son to watch the repairs. My only complaint was that they did not warn me that there was wet glue on the exhaust pipe within child's reach in our driveway. My son touched the pipe and got glue on his hands after they had left. Otherwise we were very happy with the installation.

    Air conditioning service

    I scheduled appointment for technician to come in and look at air conditioner that worked all day long and temp was still quite high. He suppose to come in between 8AM and 1PM. I waited at home and nobody show up. When I called Reliance they informed me that they overbooked and I will have to reschedule appointment. Nobody even bothered to notify me that they are not coming. Outside temp is 30deg C. They don't care about their customer that only want to collect money every month. I am very dissatisfied. Eva

    Good product and Good Service

    I bought a ductless AC unit. After signing the contract with the sale agent, the crew Erik and Ryan came within a week installed the unit. It was a hot day. They finished in time just for us to beat the heat this year. It's a value product. And the service at Reliance is reliable.

    Service disappointment supreme

    Twice now on service bookings; the tech has not sgown up in the 4 hr window and did not call. I waited in queue over an hour when I phoned and they want to rebook. FORGET IT.

    air conditioner

    Andrew M came to our home to discuss a new air conditioner. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and thorough with his questions. His expertise was apparent and we felt comfortable to order the Carrier model. If we were interested in any other Reliance items, we would ask for Andrew M.

    My AC was melting me.

    Its hot outside, and we do what most families do, turn on the air. It was so nice to hear the air rushing into the house... until.. we realized it was hot air. So, we called Reliance and Stephen showed up on time. He didn't make me feel stupid when it was just a matter of turning off 2 pipes to the furnace and filter change... and then voila.. we had cold air. He was courteous, efficient and nice. Even laughed at my jokes. This is what should be the standard for service. Thank you Stephen!
