    New furance and A/C

    I really am so dissatisfied with this company and the quality of the work and customer service. I really do want to say that the last service tech Mac 2172 was amazing, got want needed to be done in a very professional way and inspected everything. He also took the time to explain everything. As for the rest of the company I have nothing good to say!

    AC Service Call - Not so Reliant

    I didn't realize that naming the company Reliance was really done out of irony. After calling not once but twice to confirm we had an appointment and someone is coming between 4-8pm Thursday, it was not until our third call at 7:30pm or thereabouts that Reliance decided to tell us they had overbooked and they would not be coming and the earliest they could come was Sunday. We had even called around 5pm and they said you are still scheduled someone is coming. No call from them saying they can't make it and no real apologies no real concern, but just a comment that "..you're not the only one who we have to cancel." Somehow that is suppose to make you feel better. Anyway, I was fortunate enough to call and get someone from a much better company (see other reviews from me) to come over literally within about 15 mins or so. They got my AC going and we're done in about 40 mins after that. So literally in just about an hour or so my AC was back up and running. I recommend you don't waste your time with this company that seems to be more concerned with booking as many people as they can whether they can actually provide the service or not.

    Service on airconditioner

    I booked an appointment to get my air conditioner working. I was given a window of 7 - 11 am. I waited for the call to say they were on their way. Instead, I received a call at 10.00 am to say they would not be turning up until 3 days later "and if I didn't like it, I could cancel it". I canceled my account as well.

    Ac problem diagnosis

    Started up my Ac this season and Luke warm air was being blown through. Called reliance and they had a hvac specialist out the next day. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. It wasn't the fix I was hoping for (not there fault). He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would always recommended this service technician. Thanks alot Steve K. From Kingston Ont.

    Replaced Furnace

    The technicians that came to my house were very courteous and polite. Informed me of each step by step process and worked within the time frame that was estimated. They were very knowledgeable and explained exactly how the unit worked, made it very easy to understand. Afterwards, they made sure to clean the work area and took any garbage from the site. I am happy with this service and happy to have a new working furnace.

    Furnace and air conditioning.

    Every contact has been wonderful. From service to sales. All the employees I have had contact with were friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Darius Chichgur helped me understand everything and was very kind.

    Furnace/air conditioner

    Our thermostat was flashing a service alert. The technician Jason Silva arrived to fix our problem. I found him to be courteous, efficient and straightforward. I would recommend him anytime. Adrienne

    Installation of a new Air conditioner

    I just installed a brand new Air conditioner, the crew (Protect Air) did a great job. They took their time and explained everything to me and also cleaned up after the previous contractor.

    A/C Installation

    We had a new A/C unit installed, scheduled for 10 am appointment. Sep and his partner from Protect Air came 10 minutes early and explained the work needed concisely. They politely greeted me and advised that the install would take 3 hours, and got to work. They made sure to lay cloths on the floor and kept everything neat and tidy. After the installation, they explained all the features and promptly cleaned up. Great service, easy process.

    Hot water heater

    On 22 May - we were completely out of hot water. Our tank was serviced by Christian Janssens and he was fantastic! Not only did he know what the problem was immediately, he was also polite and courteous. If we have any further issues with our hot water tank, we plan on requesting Christian for the job. D.
