    AirCon / Furnace installation

    Took advantage of period promotion and had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Took them all day but they got the job done. Even bought them pizza to show my appreciation for their efforts. Workmanship looks good, professional attitude. Kris and Chad from natural choice heating and cooling even put up with my kids for a few hours. They were prompt and cleaned as best they could before they left (found a few messes - nothing a dustpan and broom couldn't solve). Have yet to take the air con for a test drive - as i was up sold on a better model for as little as $200. I would recommend reliance home comfort for your future air Con/furnace installations.

    installation of new rental furnace, a/c and tank less water heater

    Your technicians were very thorough, courteous and educating. They also cleaned up very well. I might suggest though that as part of the clean up they have some sort of vacuum to bring with them, so that the home owner doesn't have to do this. I am not complaining about the technicians, just that if they had this equipment with them, clean up would be better.

    Service was quick, clean and performed with professionalism. Right from initial contact with the call centre right up to contact with service personal, through to work being completed on schedule.

    Replacement of Hot Water Tank

    Our installer came in on a Sunday and I liked the fact he wore booties over his shoes. Also the installer Wes was very knowledgeable and professional and I was surprised to how fast the replacement went. He took the time to answer all my questions. My hopes are that Reliance acknowledge the value of staff like Wes and I'm happy to report he represented Reliance 10 star plus

    repairs to water heater

    Scott was our service repair man and arrived when he said he would. He was very thorough and complied repairs in short time. I would highly recommend him to others in need of repairs.

    Water Tank

    Service man came and changed water tank. Service Man Dan S was very courteous and professional. Drop clothes were used and was very respectful of our Home environment. It was a job well done. I would highly recommend this service man to all. Keep up the great work Dan it was very appreciated. Your company should be proud to have a professional like you to call on.

    Had a new hot water tank put in.

    The tech, Wes C, that came in to complete the job was really knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing. He was really helpful with the other water issues that we would have to deal with during our renovations. This was a great experience and we would recommend him to everyone. He is a great credit to the Reliance Home Comfort business.

    Dan and his partner were very good courteous and tidy Goood Guys they were very nice and accomadating very please with serive and would be more than happy to deal with Dan again.

    Service

    Water heater broke in our restaurant. we had no hot water for 5 days, that's how long it took Reliance to finally send someone to replace our tank. They kept sending people who would come and assess the work to be done, but nobody was doing the work. 5 days for a restaurant is unacceptable. The contact person we had from Reliance wouldn't return our calls. On one of the days we were waiting someone was gonna come , never showed up never called. Poor service! All they cared about is to make us sign a new contract with them even though we had been customers for YEARS.

    Service

    I had a leaky rental hot water tank. The fellow came and was so helpful in solving the problem. He was very polite and helpful. He is an asset to your company.
