    Water heater issues

    We had water heater issues. Reliance sent 3 people, none of whom figured out the issue. Luckily they sent Margaret and she spent the extra time to make sure it was fixed. Finally have hot water after 3 days.

    The best service in heating and cooling I’ve ever had

    Reliance is the best heating and cooling company that Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The workers are beyond helpful and knowledgeable about all services.

    Water heater replacement

    Very friendly and super fast and efficient! They replaced our water heater for us as it was very old.

    Ian, the Service Tech from Reliance, did our Carrier furnace inspection on 29-Nov-2022. Ian was very professional and conscientious. He did a very thorough job and welcomed my questions. Brian McCracken

    Hot water tank

    Logan called while on his way to let us know he coming. He was polite and very helpful. He scheduled an install while he was here. Very efficient. James Kerr

    Furnace

    I've been waiting 2 days in the cold for reliance to fix my furnace . Not acceptable!!!

    Customer service

    The worst company to deal with. You can't get the price for tankless water heater if you don't provide an email address. When you cancel the service with them after 20 days you can get you due balance because they have to investigate and it takes 30 days. I don't know what are they investigating. I ask for the manager but the lady that answered the phone said that he asked her to tell that what she said to me it's true. WOW NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the MANAGER OF RELIANCE.

    Bad Service Regarding Refunds

    Had a Reliance furnace in Newcastle. Moved to Oshawa in Oct. 2021. They kept sending me monthly statements stating I have a credit balance of $15.35. After a couple of months, I asked them to just refund me the money and stop sending me useless statements. They said they would, but they didn't. When I call them, I get 1ie$, and when I write to them, I get crickets. Avoid Reliance if at all possible.

    Hot water heater

    Technician arrived on time, solved the hot water problem very quickly. explained how adjusting the water valve supplied more hot water.
