Chad McDaid did a great job. He was in the area on another project. I had a few questions, he answered them immediately. Great guy, i would have him do service work any time.

My furnace was red tagged for cracked heat exchanger. I called Reliance booked an appointment for a sale person to come to my home. Jamie Lanys came on schedule time he was very professional and knowledgeable on the products Reliance offers explained all the options that were available to me. He made my decision to purchase on new furnace a lot easier.

Mr. Patrick Mazza , Reliance Home Comfort Advisor , presented clearly the 3 options and I made a decision based on the practicality and value of the plan.He tried his best to help me in arriving at a final decision.It was a very professional presentation. Installation was arranged for the following day Mar. 16, 2016 Technicians (MIKE & VIJI) did the job professionally with ease and finished the project in about 4 to 5 hours.Operational matters were given in simple and clear way. It was a job well done.

We rent a hot water tank from Reliance Home Comfort; this visit was paid for in our monthly fees. A week ago we started running out of hot water in our showers, which is unusual for our household. As the week progressed we lost hot water in shorter amounts of time until we lost hot water altogether. I called Reliance one night and by the next morning a friendly Technical Expert by the name of Chris rang my doorbell - what an impressive turnaround time! Chris was as skilled as he was friendly; he mixed in amiable conversation while efficiently diagnosing the problem. Part of the problem was directly related to the water tank, and Chris fixed it immediately by swapping out the 9-year-old part. The other part of the problem had to do with the mixing valve, which is not a Reliance part - it came with the house. Regardless of what was covered vs. what was not, Chris took the time to fully explain what was going on, in terms I could understand, and how he fixed the part directly related to the water tank, as well as what would need to be done to fix the part that had nothing to do with Reliance equipment. I'm now in a much better position to tackle the other part of the problem now that I at least know what is going on. Chris was also knowledgeable about the other Reliance products, as was evidence by his full answers about my tankless water heater questions. It's because of Chris that I'll be calling Reliance again... to thank them.

Our furnace was not operating on a Sunday, temperatures were cold in thunder Bay. Reliance rep Tim was quick to respond for a quote, was helpful and assisted with temporary heat solutions. Install Work was completed as scheduled by Ken/Joe , polite & knowledgeable of product.

At approximately 5:30 PM I discovered that our hot water heater was leaking. I turned the water supply and gas off and placed a call to Reliance. After a brief wait I my call was answered and I explained the situation. I was informed that a technician would be in touch and would arrive between 7 and 11 PM. The technician called at approximately 7 PM to tell me he was on his way and he arrived 20 minutes later. He confirmed that the 23 year old water heater had to be replaced and that he would do it immediately as he had one on his truck. The technician was very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. I consider this great service and would recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone considering their products and their insurance plans.

The installation was great. The tradesmen were very friendly and respectful people, all while delivering a good-looking product in an efficient manner. I especially liked how they asked us first before making any major changes to the house. Eager to inform and answer questions, I honestly can't think of any faults. Thanks!

In the coldest day of this winter my furnace stopped working at 4am. Ian was assigned the job, he got a part from the supplier and fixed the furnace by 3pm it was up and running again. Professional, friendly and kind person. I trust him to do the good quality job with integrity. Thanks Ian. Jena

Sales rep and installers were very professional and thorough in explaining the details. After the installation, you would never had known they had been in the house. They came on time, were efficient and polite. Jeff, the sales rep was excellent. he knew the product line and answered all our questions.

Called last night and got service right away by Wes the next day. Hot water wasn't working and seemed to come on after the call was made. However there were other problems. The problem was taken care of and Wes provide us with some great feedback on what we can do to improve our water and heating in the house . We save about $1000 today. Thanks Wes
