Service was great, from start to finish. Telephone operators answered quickly, appointment for an assessment was set immediately, done within a day or so, and install was completed professionally, on time, and with everything you'd want by way of a respectful approach, with appropriate information and help. Very satisfied. Only thing that might be better would be additional options on the product lines carried?? But experience was good!

Darius was very professional and helped us through a tough time when our furnace broke down. During this stressful time, Darius helped us make our Furnace and A/C purchase stress free.

Called to have furnace looked at as fan was not shutting off. The guy who came went above and beyond cleaning furnace as CO2 levels were high. Unable to keep furnace due to safety issues, arranged to have someone come right away for estimate and then installed the next day. Jody came for estimate, friendly, knowledgeable and very dedicated to his job. The 2 guys who installed went above and beyond to ensure the vent going outside would not affect my deck and backyard. They worked so hard.

Great experience with Richard Knicely (#1568) cleaned and serviced my furnace. Explained happily the efficency of my furnace everything I needed to know . Very experienced man ! Kudos to you for having such a great employee! Hope he services your important appliances ! You ll be very Pleased!

The technician who serviced my furnace was Richard. He did an excellent job, answered all my questions and left the furnace room in a clean state taking the old filter with him. His appearance was clean, smart and his attitude was very polite. A pleasure dealing with this technician and I am sure Reliance realize the value in such an efficient and well mannered technician. Many thanks to him for an excellent job done.

My furnace was not working correct, it was cooling instead of heating. I had a very obliging man named Rodney that came to repair my furnace. He took his time checking out everything and explaining to me what was happening. My problem was fixed and once again I had heat. I feel I must mention that in October of 2015 I had my annual check up on my furnace the guy that came to do that(can't remember his name) I didn't feel comfortable with at, all he did was brag about what he could do and didn't appear to be paying much attention to what he was there for.

Our furnace blower motor stopped working on a cold February afternoon. We called Reliance promptly and were told that a service technician would arrive within 4 hours. 2 hours after the call, Bryan came to the door. Not only was he quick in his assessment of the problem, but he was able to secure the needed part very quickly. He took the time to explain the problem to us and displayed a caring positive attitude. Very professional in all ways.

Although we would prefer not to rent a water heater, we have a contract and our hot water recently kicked out. Sam from Reliance was prompt, communicative and very courteous. He took time to show us the problem and even took time to show us how to check for certain issues ourselves in the future so that we could problem solve ourselves. He was excellent and we were very impressed.

I needed a new furnace my old one was 36 years old and was costing me a arm and a leg. Dave came out and assest my house and provided me with the furnace I needed instead of the biggest most expensive one. Daniel and Christopher we absolutely professional and very helpful to identify what would work and what wouldn't. They were fast and on the same page as Dave as far as how the installation needed to go. Recommend to everyone..... My house has never felt more comfortable :)
