    Emergency Furnace Repair

    I had a Reliance technician come out to look at my furnace that stopped working on the coldest day of the year (-25). Tech showed up, spent about 5 minutes looking at the furnace and told me the motor was dead and there is nothing he could do. He told me he checked on the Carrier website and it was no longer under warranty and that I shouldn't fix it but rather just buy a new one because its not worth it. Conveniently, he could have a sales rep out to my house within a few hours. Sales rep showed up and obviously tried to capitalize on a bad situation telling me if I bought now, he could have it installed the next day. Thankfully, I was able to get a hold of the contractor who originally installed the furnace before making a decision on buying a new furnace. They sent one of their techs over that night who was able to get the furnace motor running again by simply lubricating it! This was totally unethical and reflects very badly on Reliance.

    Water heater

    Mark was here promptly to replace our water heater. I was impressed on his cleanliness as we just had a snow storm! He laid mats and removed his boots at our front door. not one drop of water touched my floor. He was informative and explained any questions I had. After the heater was installed he went over every detail on the heater with me and any troubleshooting. His professionalism and kindness were much appreciated. Thank you Mark and Reliance for your quick service. I love my new water heater, it's nice to have hot water!!! Lynda from London

    Furnace & Air Conditioner Sales

    Glen B of Reliance Home Comfort came to our home and explained everything thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. Our appointment was set up the very next day and the install was very efficient and on time. I would highly recommend the company and its employees.

    Furnace/air conditioner/humidifier

    The guys Andrew & Jon were excellent. Very courteous informative answered all questions. They were respectful & clean in our home. They never left until we were satisfied and our home back to our original state. I would highly recommend Reliance & these guys for installation. Thank you

    Furnace Repair

    Furnace stopped working this morning and called Reliance who committed to a 10AM - 2PM service call today. Tech Jon S called enroute and arrived approx 1:30PM. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and took the time to explain what had caused it and what he was going to do to fix it (no parts required!). He was courteous and professional and I think it would be nice if Reliance could do something a little extra for him - he is a great representative for a Company that I would most certainly (highly) recommend.

    New furnace

    I was told that my mom's furnace could not be repaired (part not available) i told the sales person that if i could find the part that this sale would be tainted. I made one call to the furnace manufacture and to my amazement the part is available in more than one location in Ontario. the service team that told me the part wasn't available was wrong, the sales person took their recommendation and did not follow up if the part was available. the next day the new furnace was installed after I found out with one call that the part was available. I felt that my mom was taken advantage of and although you only think this happens to others it happens to all. I called Reliance and they were able to make a bad feeling into a satisfied feeling. I thank the manager Ali E for his understanding and resolution moving forward.

    furnace installation

    Hello Homestars, Mike and Luciano installed a new high efficiency furnace in my home on February 10th. The service they provided was exceptional and when my husband came home to view the install, he was extremely pleased and this is rare, so of course I was happy too. They are a very professional and courteous team and work very well together. Kudos to Jeff my Sales Rep for sending us a fine team of installers who were sure to make sure any questions I had were fully answered to my satisfaction. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

    Courteous and efficient service

    Josh Wynne was courteous and efficient! He repaired my water heater quicker than I expected and shared his business card for any future issues. He might regret ever giving me that! LOL

    excellent service. Respect for my home by wearing slippers. Explained everything. You should not require 30 words. They did a great job and I want you to know that but this shouldn't be so much work for a survey.

    Service to water heater

    Tech Mark R was great and figured out the problem in seconds. Replaced the part and we had a great conversation (Habs vs. Bruins :) ) Very knowledgeable and appreciated his honesty in the field. Also explained the furnace insurance to me.( Address should read Georgetown Ontario, not Milton Ontario)
