We had our furnace repaired today by Reliance under our Maintenance Contract with them. Jason and Steve were extremely professional, polite, very informative about what parts needed to be replaced and had us up and running in no time. What a wonderful experience, under the circumstances. Reliance should be proud to have such dedicated employees that truly know the meaning of excellent customer service. Thank you so much!!!

They came in the next day after my furnace quit. Installed a new furnace, A/C, humidifier and thermostat. Great rental package! I would recommend everyone rent their equipment. Lot cheaper and they are always their to service when needed. They also will come in twice a year to install the new 5" filters and do maintenance on the furnace.

The installers were courteous , clean thoughtful and helpful. They worked hard and advised us of everything we needed to know about the installation and procedures. The installers were Chris Zatilny and Dan Beauparlant and I highly recommend them. I would give them your highest rating

Salem & Mike came to check the hot water tank and were able to figure out are problem with it. They also found that we had I leak beside the heat. Thank you so much for that. It for sure saved us from having a much bigger problem. Very nice and polite young men to deal with.

It's horrendous. The last person that i spoke to today was very rude! RELIANCE HOME COMFORT shoul not exist! If any one is thinking about buying a furnace, AC, water heater, please do yourself a favour. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE ANY SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. I purchased my water lest than a year ago, i discovered water underneath the water heater. I called Reliance and they told me it has no warranty. BAD company to deal with.

Installation of new furnace and air conditioner. The installers were great, friendly, fast and very clean, laying down covers on the floors. They were done in record time, cleaned up and took all the old bits with them. Very impressed.

Could not get hot water. Phone service and appiontment made same day. Service Rep indicated problem is safety valve in water line. Made adjustments and water now again. Second time problem with valve.

Service tech did a great job. Showed up when scheduled. Was clean courteous. Explained what the problem was. Suggested we upgrade to a 50 gallon tank. Scheduled tank replacement with call centre. The call centre created some confusion but service tech went over and beyond to solve the problem. We now have plenty of hot water.

We were experiencing a problem with our heat, so we called Reliance to have a service call. They sent Dave to our location, Team Member #1618. He quickly identified the problem for us and was able to get our furnace back up and running in no time at all. He also made some recommendations for us to optimize our system setup, so we will call back in the spring to have these additional items taken care of. Dave was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We were very satisfied with this service call and the outcome.

Very satisfied. Install crew left the place clean, all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Everything works perfect. I have never experienced before such a professional approach from the service providers.
