Sales rep. (Kelly) was very courteous and knowledgable about the product. After purchasing furnace, the installation was the next day. Matt Brant and Nick Gucciardi came early in the morning, went straight to work, taking out our old furnace and installed the new furnace right away. They made adjustments to the duct work and anything else that had to be changed in good time. They worked fast and efficient and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the product and they were very kind and willing to explain their work into every detail. If we have any further questions or concerns, we were told that we can call them and they will be ready to reply to us. They were very polite and behaved professionally at all times. They cleaned up everything in the area where they worked and our overall experience with Reliance was exceptional. We are very happy for choosing Reliance out of the several quotes we had for a new furnace purchase and install and will reccommend them to our friends, neighbours, and family. Thank you. We woke up to no heat and called Reliance. Bruce came out within the hour and fixed a broken motor. He was fast, efficient, honest and advised us on getting the Home Protection Plan, which saved us 10% on this service call and will cover anything 100% in the future. We were very satisfied with Bruce's service.

Brent and Jordan were prompt, diligent, professional, courteous, patient and did a great job installing our new furnace. Kudos to Dave who crawled up into the joists to fish wire for the ac unit. Well done by all.

Having Reliance Insurance is a must, I was relieved to know that I did not have to pay anything for the service. The Technician was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

It was a scheduled meeting with Home Comfort Advisor (Mr. Darius Chichgur). He called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know about his arrival time. He explained all aspect of the products and services nicely. Very courteous and professional person. Excellent work.

My advisor was Andrew McMaster and he did a great job explaining our options. He was very informed and patient in his presentation. I did not intend to sign up at the beginning...I was just looking for information but he won me over. I am happy with my new furnace contract and will definitely refer him to all my family/contacts. Brian was a great. Came over for the tankless water heater and convinced and educated me on the options for upgrading furnace and ac unit which had great benefits for me in terms of energy efficiency, lower bills and a new nest thermometer. The install was one day and everything has been running smoothly since. Great service all around.

Our old boiler feed system was getting onto about 30 years old so we contacted Reliance since we rent our hot water heater from them. They showed up on a Thursday to inspect and quote our new install. Sent a second contractor out on Friday to get a second opinion on install. They showed up Tuesday as promised and installed the new system. Very professional and left the house as clean (or cleaner) than when they showed up. K. Connolly and N. Albright were exceptional at their jobs and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for updating and up grading our old unit.

Have been remting hot water tank in the house i bought 3 years ago.. I called today at noon to request service on my tank as the hot water pressure has been low and getting worse. Service man arrived by 1 and said it needed to be replaced. New tank was in place by 4 and i have enjoyed a fabulous hot shower! Thank you!

Great service provided by the company. The guy who came to check on our furnace was helpful and more than willing to answer any questions. Did not hesitate to produce ID when asked to confirm he did in fact work for Reliance. Was thorough and efficient.
