Had no hot water, and when i checked the hot water tank, the 'Vacation' light was on, as were the 3 temperature lights. Read the manual, and the lights mean Error 11. Called Reliance and booked a service call. My warranty on the tank (installed in 1998) earned me a 'rapid response'. Ryan was at my door within 90 minutes, and replaced the small brown box at the bottom of the tank. Whole repair took less than 20 minutes. Would definitely call again if needed.

This firm provided excellent service from inception to completion. Frank, the salesperson, is both a gentleman and an excellent and knowledgeable salesperson. The crew chosen for the installation of this job, (Saul and Jessie) worked tirelessly throughout the installation of my furnace and A/C. Although the installation by this crew had issues, Reliance Home Comfort went out of their way to ensure that the problems were resloved expeditiously and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend both this firm and particularly this sales representative who supported me long after the sale and installation had been performed.

Derek came to our house on Sunday night to fix our water tank that had broken down. I was so surprised because I thought since it wasn't until about 4:00 on Sunday afternoon that we were able to be home for a service call that we would have to wait it out until Monday. But we didn't. In addition, he did a great job, explained everything to us why it had broken down and fixed it. And it was all included in the cost of the water tank rental. Thanks Derek!

Our furnace was making a loud noise. We had a repair man come over to look at it and replace the motor. We are covered under the Home Protection Plan so it was no charge to us. Now we can be confident that our furnace will provide heat throughout the winter months.

Our experience with actual Reliance Home Comfort was very positive, Murray from sales was excellent; however, out Water heater install took three days. Day one they ran out of piping, day two they ran out of morter (leaving a hole in the side of our house and not even telling us). Through out the three days we smelt gas, but we were assured that was normal. Five days later we had union gas come and they discovered a leak. That contractor should lose his licence! I hav

I have been more than satisfied with Reliance Home Comfort maintenance service and will look forward to next year when they return a second time and i hope you don't keep bothering me with these unnecessary 30 word reviews.

My husband was away when I had trouble with the hot water heater. I called Reliance about 10 am on a Thurs. & was told someone could be there that afternoon. I was impressed at the quick service. Brian (2315) came out that afternoon between the time specified. He fixed it temporarily & explained my options. I called the next day to arrange for a new tank & was told someone could come Sat. afternoon. Trevor (1953) came to install the new tank & to upgrade the vent. Both were from Brantford. They were Great !! Very professional, answered all my questions, explained everything & were very neat. I thank them both. To have someone come almost at once, be there on time, be considerate of the customer & to be happy doing their job is rare theses days. I am a very satisfied customer .

I am on the protection plan, I required a new Thermo Cuppling and I called Reliance and I had a technician here within the hour, Jason Neilsen #0829, he was very professional and explained and answered all my questions. Upon inspection it was discovered I required another part, it was delivered to me the next day and today Dave MacDonald #3510 came and installed that part and made me feel at ease with all my questions about my furnace. I would like to thank Reliance and the gentlemen that came to my furnace rescue. I am so impressed with the prompt and professional service.

My water heater and furnace vent pipes were below clearance level so I called Reliance Home Comfort with whom I am on a service plan. Otto Kanouni from Reliance Home Comfort came to my home to get this issue resolved. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and performed his task with utmost professionalism. Great customer service...
