service was fast and efficient service man was kind and courteous cleaned the furnace was in and out in less than an hour i think thats was great. Jim did a very good job very friendly a real people person i will be asking for him again for service if possible.

I had a house that was rented out. The furnace was old and Reliance convinced me to rent a new furnace and Air conditioner. The service was good and I have no complaints with the furnace or the service. The problem was a lien placed on the property by Reliance even though I never missed a payment. I was not made aware that a lien would be placed on the property. A few years later I applied for a loan and used my property which was without a mortgage. The bank ran a check and found a lien for $11,000.00 Since I declared the property as an asset that was free and clear it made it difficult to obtain a further loan for the amount I required. I think it is outrages for a company to place a lien on a property in this manner. This will be the last time I do business with Reliance.

Mr. Richard Podzorski visited my place for a water heater problem. He was a pleasant personality and explained what was wrong with the heater. He took 10 minutes to fix the problem and the running hot water started again.

On Saturday, Oct 31st - Excellent and thorough replacement service by Matt and Eduardo, the service technicians. They were on time, very polite & professional and Matt took the time to explain all the work he did and answered all of my questions. Excellent ambassadors for Reliance!

Well i don't usually write reviews but in this case i had too. The gentlemen (Matthew P) (1866 Reliance) (735-4262) was amazing, helpful , very friendly and extremely patient , best service yet . He came over ready to do the Job and was by far the best advisor i have ever encountered. This review truly doesn't do him justice great great worker. If i had any problems in the future i would like to get his help and his help only.

I was very impressed with how quick Reliance was able to book me an appointment to get my furnace checked out. They had a slot the same day that I called!! Since I have the maintence plan, my visit cost me just the monthly fee for the plan. James called prior to arriving at the appointment. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything that he was doing during the repair. I highly recommend James for any work in the future.

Satisfied with customer service; fast and knowledgeable sales adviso; and trust worthy team if people. We are mostly happy and satisfied every time we have to call Reliance either for questions and/or service.

The serviceman was prompt and diligent. when he didn't have the right size of vent, he went back to the shop and made one and came back at 8:15 at night to install it.

Had no hot water & they were here the next day. Scott fixed it in minutes! Scott from Davis Air was very knowledgeable & was very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone.
