Christian Janssens came right away, was very friendly, helpful and really efficient. He left the work area nice and clean. We're pleased with the work and happy everything was completed quickly.

I had a old hot water heater that was leaking. Ron Cunningham the technician came in and quickly replaced the old unit with a new one. Not only did he work fast and efficiently but he was very personable and respectful of the rest of the house. I could not believe how easy he made the work look. A real pro.

Dan Haley came out to do our yearly furnace maintenance. He showed up within the scheduled time frame and was very helpful in explaining then functionality of our furnace. I am extremely happy with the service I receive from Reliance and recommend this company to everyone!

We decided to go with a whole new system saving $1000 buying the bundle, SmartAir 1000. No payments/interest for a year. Installers were great (Daniel and Andrew), called ahead, in and out in one day. They took the time to look at and educate us on other components in our home that had nothing to do with the install (garage heater, fireplace, water heater). Installers went out of their way to stay late and help fix a drain line I broke which I had assumed would be my issue. The job was clean, lines all neatly strapped, left no mess, I was surprised to see the air conditioner installed on decorative concrete paver, leveled off on small river stone. I've had contractors coming through regularly for the past year and up until now not one hasn't left without one thing to be annoyed about. That was not the case with Daniel and Andrew. $7800 + tax - $650 gov. rebate. Humidifier accounted for approx. $430 (installed) of the $7800.

I pay approximately $100 per month for boiler/hot water tank combo. I've had 3 water escapes within this year. The system is new and around 2 years old. After sending various techs on different dates, nothing is resolved. I don't know when the next time another water escape will occur but I don't have any peace of mind and no one at Reliance seem to care. "We're not comfortable until you're comfortable" REALLY??? They are very comfortable charging me $100/month for a failed system.

Grayson G came over from Reliance Home Comfort. Very efficient in finding the problem, and fixing it. I was very satisfied, as was without hot water before he came over.

Reliance was replacing our water heater. Benjamin and his associate arrived within the provided timeframe. From the onset they took great care bringing in supplies as well as explaining the work prior to starting. The installation was very well done. They were great at problem solving some of venting problems that were unexpected. I think they left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Very professional!

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day this week, we called for technician and Jason Silva came over. He is a wonderful guy, did all his best to get it up and running again, he is very good image and awesome representative to Reliance. Jason is a caring person, didn’t try to over sell any product, didn’t leave until he made sure the heat is back and working.

On time as promised, great service and took time to explain what as wrong and other services available. Very easy to set up the service call. A great experience overall.

EXCELLENT...just NOTE "WARNING" at the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ****************************************************************** Sales rep Joel M. was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, available, felt very honest and followed the project all the way through to the first half of the installation. The RELIANCE installation team of Matt A (2824) and Adam (3445) were AMAZING! So professional, so caring to our home while working, and so efficient and hard at work that I felt they knew what they are doing and I felt safe that we are getting a "quality" installation, which is apparently a MUST for the high efficiency furnaces of today. Now the WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make sure you are getting a "RELIANCE EMPLOYEES CREW", NOT a contracted crew/person for your installation. We asked for this, but our crew got bumped to an emergency call, and the person responsible decided, without calling us or the Sales Rep., to send in a contracted installer. The guy showed up at noon, vs. the promised between 8-10 am, and HE WAS ALONE!!!!!!!! One guy to install a furnace!!! I cannot imagine how he was going to take out the old furnace alone, and the damage to our home in trying to do so. I said no way to him installing our furnace, called our sales rep. and he took care of it, immediately. SO WARNING!!!!! Make sure you are getting a RELIANCE CREW. They come in a nice professional RELIANCE truck, that looks like a tool shop on the inside, vs. a small older van with a couple of stickers on it, one of which says something like "Reliance authorized". I gave a rating of 10 because I did not want to take away from all the Reliance guys who truly SHINED, and who made this necessary large purchase very easy. The 10 is for you Joel, Matt and Adam.
