Recently our a/c stopped working. Decided to call Reliance to get a quote. Daniel Poirier came by the next day and presented us with our options and no obligation assessment. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We like the fact that he took his time in the presentation, and was not in a rush. We chose the SmartAir 1500 Furnace & a/c. That was on a Thursday, install was on Monday. Installers Tom # 3042 & Bill W. # 1377 came on time and did a Great job. We were very impressed with both their workmanship ! I am very picky on neatness and detail, and was amazed at the quality of the work done. True craftsmen. To top it off, they very clean and left no mess whatsoever. Thanks guys !

My water heater broke down and I called reliance at 6pm. Worried that I may not get service because it was off business hours, they catered to my needs right away. The service advisor, Josh Wynne, arrived within the hour and diagnosed the problem like a flash, fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and was very knowledgable about the product and how to maintain it. It's definitely worth the monthly protection fee that I pay to get that kind of swift service with a fabulous attitude. No sweat!

I rent my furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner from reliance! I am happy that it is serviced every year and I do not to worry if there is ever a problem. I never worry about it breaking down. Dean Timpany thanks for your good advice!

Not happy with the service I have received have , had problems with the air conditioner and the service people on the phone where rude took 2 and half weeks to get fixed after 5 techs came to try and fix it also I had to escalate the problem to a manager after they didn't show time and time again

Just had a new air conditioner installed by the Reliance team of Aaron & John (team 1771). They did an outstanding job, fast, efficient, professional and polite. An all around outstanding job.

Kevin & Steve, employee numbers 0847/2804 showed up at 8:15 AM today. They removed the old furnace and AC unit. They installed a new furnace and AC unit. They worked all day without a break and now the units are working just great. Thanks to them and the great service from Reliance. The selling agent, Betty, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our 46 year old furnace and 30+ year AC unit has been replaced, within a day of buying both units. Again great service.

My newly adopted nephew Philip Sirek came to replace the water heater at my condo. He was absolutely a pleasure to speak with and have in my company. He was courteous, polite, knowledgable and of course handsome. I was very impressed he was able to complete the task on his own. I was sure it would take two men, but he was able to do a fabulous job on his own. Thank you Philip, you saved my sanity.

We are very pleased with our new furnace and air conditioning system. Our house was actually cool on the few warm days we have had this summer for the first time in years. Our advisor Dean Timpany was very helpful in helping us decide what system we would need for our house. The installers showed up on time and were very good about showing us how to use the new thermostat and in explaining the different things we needed to do to help keep the house warm or cool. Overall it was a great choice and my wife and I are very pleased.

We purchased a new furnace & A/C from Reliance Home Comfort last year and all is great after one season. The units are more efficient and the temperature and more consistent. The Reliance advisor Bill Hopkins did a good job explaining the options for us.

I have a Reliance Home Comfort Protection Plan for several years A/C # . 0078315334940320 Till recently the service was decent. But this summer my AC broke down and all hell broke loose. I have booked at least 7 to 8 service calls with Reliance. Only twice the technician actually showed up but could not fix the problem. In Rest of the calls the technicians never showed up and never bothered to call also. Moreover the four hour window seem to be not enough for the technicians, they may call you after 6 or even 8 hours. Reliance expects you to be at home waiting for the technicians practically the whole day. Suddenly the customer service level is just atrocious for a reason unknown to me. I’m posting this to make everybody aware that the level of service from Reliance is terrible, so think before you sign a maintenance contract
