Our furnace broke down in the dead of winter. Andrew Power came to the rescue, explained our options and we had new furnace, AC, and thermostat installed within 24 hours--the coldest day of the polar vortex. The Amana system is outstanding.

I am just ecstatic! Called about my air conditioner not working and found out I have furnace protection insurance!! WOW jackpot. When I was asked when I would like it fixed, I said NOW please. Service agent said in between 1 and 5 today. I was so thrilled, 2 minutes later I get a call from the technical expert Abdelkadar Hamdad and he is hear in 5 minutes. AWESOME!!! made my day, made my week, actually made my year!!

water heater leaked badly called at 3.30 saturday repairman came at 6.25 at end of his shift told me he would stay and replace it replaced by7,30 thank you Fred J #2962 excellent service Reliance.

We had some concerns about our new furnace and placed a call to the service centre. We had an appt. that afternoon and a visit from an extremely knowledgable and pleasant service person (Larry H #2182). The problem was quickly rectified and he spent time explaining some further questions to us. He is a definite credit to Reliance!

Josh, Sasha and Ryan installed a water heater for us which is free from Reliance however new building codes state that old black pvc must be replaced and white. These guys replaced the pipe, the water heater and shut off valve all within an hour. They advised us on other things we should look at replacing in the future with no sales pressure. These guys were clean, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend this team of guys.

Mark and Skyar of Fusion Heating and Air Conditioning installed our new system. They were friendly, on-time and dedicated to doing it right. Worked non-stop all day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and fast service from Bruce (Team member 3158) who did a great job. He was able to repair a problem and get the unit back in setvice less than 24 hrs from failure. Very friendly, professional and courteous. Recommended. p.s. Other repair companies wanted to charge me double the diognostic fee!

This company doesn't disclose the warranty information from units sold. I called 3 times on this matter. My water heater that I purchased from them is leaking and they won't provide me with the part needed, and just say there is no warranty. The manufacture does have a warranty and another company were much better and where I got the information from. Reliance wanted an expensive service call 90 plus, plus diagnosis plus part - the unit was purchased just over the year mark , but the product which I found out has a 6 year warranty. Don't believe them, don't back their units. I would not consider them for any purchase.

Marcus and Bruce did an excellent job with the AC install and were very informative about maintaining proper performance of the unit. Also were friendly and professional. They answered all questions I had. They completed the job within a week of the consultation. Overall very happy with their service! Will always go back to Reliance.
