    When the Reliance HC Referral Bonus became a LURE

    If you believe (as I did) in this $250 Referral Bonus offered by Reliance representatives, then you'd be FOOLED. I've been waiting for it for 3 YEARS and no one in the company can resolve this issue. I contacted, in vain, every hierarchy level. I even anticipated my Google Review by sending an email (month ago) to those who said here that they were sorry and asked the complainant to contact them. A week ago I sent another follow up email to others in charge to follow the reviews. Imagine what? People in Reliance are going RADIO SILENT!! I am not giving up, because this REFERRAL BONUS taken from me is not the only one dispute I have so far. I really didn't want go public with this if it wasn't that Frustration of Contract and the incomprehensible contempt from a company I respected for a long time.

    Hot Water Tank Installation

    Excellent service. On time as promised in advance. Knowledgable and friendly. Wide open to answering any questions and didnt mind at all that I was watching him work ! Thanks, Joseph!

    Called and was able to book a service for the next day. Fast and professional service at a great price.

    Water heater replacement

    Had to replace our water heater as it was leaking. They scheduled a service the following day. Scott our technician came and he was so professional, kind, and courteous. The whole transition was well organized, and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Definitely top notch customer service!!

    Workers were patient, knowledgable and supportive

    Adam came to assess our water heater, furnace and air conditioner and we realized that the water heater and furnace (both over 22 years old) needed to be replaced. Bryan came and explained our options and helped us find the best options for our family. The water heater and furnace were replaced the next day. Every one was very patient and supportive.

    Furnace cleaning maintenance

    Ciaser was my service rep, he was punctual, assessed the furnace and gave me some filter tips. Made suggestions about my hot water tank , that I have now acted on . Very informative and courteous , made some very smart suggestions that will work to my benefit with the furnace and hot water tank. Thank you this young man is an Excellent employee

    New hot water tank.

    Excellent service very efficient and friendly. Arrived very quickly to replace our hot water tank that was leaking.

    Water softener in basement installed

    A/C routine maintenance

    Nino came today to do the routine cleaning and care for our air conditioner/heater unit. He did a great job, ensuring the unit was fully cleaned and working well before he left.
