    Information about purifier

    Needed education on how to work the humidifier and air purifier. Fantastic staff and they took the time to explain everything in terms we understood

    Furnace Inspection

    Kyle, from Reliance Home Comfort was a pleasure to have in our home to inspect our furnace for the winter months to come. He is friendly, punctual and gave us a lot of information about our furnace. Very professional and we will recommend him to anyone who needs excellent service.

    furnance service

    Ryan solved the heating issue that the precious 2 techs were unable to fix. Ryan professionalism and knowledge will serve him well going forward, and I appreciated his friendly demeaner in explaining what the problem was and how he was proceeding to fix the issue. You have a very talented and dedicated employee in Ryan.

    Air-condition and ferns

    I Chang my ferns and installed a air conditioner and it done very quickly and easily

    furnace and AC installation

    The salesman, Garth, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, didnt over sell to us. Only what we needed. He cared about what we wanted, making us feel as tho we were not just a sale to him. It was a pleasure doing business with him and would reccommend him to anyone. He was absolutely awesome. The install team that came, wow, is all I can say. Total professional, clean efficient work. Addressed questions i had during the install. Once completed they took as much time as i needed to walk me through everything to make sure I understood how things operated. The work area was clean and tidy like no one was even there. The whole process was a smooth and easier transition thanks to Garth and his team. Thank you , we appreciate your great service.

    New air conditioner installed

    Bryan was very helpful and did not push us into buying a new air conditioner and the installers where here on time and a very good job they were great

    Great service by Jordan

    Jordan did a great job fixing a plumbing issue and ensuring the functionality of my water softer. He arrived on schedule and I was pleased with his knowledge and service.

    Best Technician ever had in over 40 years of owning homes

    First time I called Teresa my A/C was not working, she came the very next day. Had it fixed in no time. Found chewed line. Teresa then went to my rental home the next week to do the annual service call. My brother a retired VP of service said Teresa was extremely thorough and knowledgeable actually corrected some items in furnace that were not correct when it was installed a couple of years ago. This week Teresa came to my home did our annual service and corrected items not done properly when this furnace was installed. Extremely thorough. If Teresa is doing all the service in this area Reliance will certainly have a lot impressed clients. It was a pleasure meeting you again Teresa.

    When the Reliance HC Referral Bonus became a LURE

    If you believe (as I did) in this $250 Referral Bonus offered by Reliance representatives, then you'd be FOOLED. I've been waiting for it for 3 YEARS and no one in the company can resolve this issue. I contacted, in vain, every hierarchy level. I even anticipated my Google Review by sending an email (month ago) to those who said here that they were sorry and asked the complainant to contact them. A week ago I sent another follow up email to others in charge to follow the reviews. Imagine what? People in Reliance are going RADIO SILENT!! I am not giving up, because this REFERRAL BONUS taken from me is not the only one dispute I have so far. I really didn't want go public with this if it wasn't that Frustration of Contract and the incomprehensible contempt from a company I respected for a long time.
