Thanks to Jennifer Shapira who gave us helpful information for us to make an informed decision and accommodating our busy schedule by meeting with us quite late in the day.

Up until recently I would have had nothing but praise for Reliance Home Comfort. They were always a pleasure to deal with, up until about a month ago when my new air conditioner stopped working, The contractor they sent was more concerned about getting home than finishing the job properly. He overfilled my unit with coolant and failed to replace the part that needed to be replaced. Instead he just taped it up tightly. A reliance technician came and quickly diagnosed the problem and made arrangements to have the part fixed but due to some miscommunication I still have no air conditioning and have been without it for almost a month...ironically during a heatwave. Now I have to wait unit August to get it fixed all the while paying for a unit that i am getting no use out of. Very disappointed in this little hiccup, but otherwise a great company to deal with. Hopefully we can come to an amicable resolution.

The first technician came and ordered the new climate control. Unfortunately, he was on vacation when the part arrived. The second technician had difficulty making the climate control communicate with the thermostat. The first technician came after his vacation and figured out what was wrong. The manufacturer had put the tag which tells which wire connects to which wire upside down. After a short time, everything was right and air conditioning was restored during this recent heat wave.

AC NOT WORKING REPAIR MAN CAME AND FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR EVERYTHING WORKING FINE NOW.REPAIRMAN RANDY H WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE AC SYSTEM AND SHOWED ME HOW TO SET IT PROPERLY.

Ryan called and arrived at the time he said that he would. He showed professionalism and was very courteous. Union Gas had turned off our gas due to a safety issue. Ryan did the task at hand quickly and confidently. Reliance should be very proud of this employee as he displays excellent customer service skills.

We were very pleased with the service from Bill Hopkins' visit to our house till everything was installed. Everyone was courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Simply amazing. Everything was done quickly and efficiently.

The salesperson, Reinaldo Platero was extremely knowledgable about his products, explained which unit we should install even though I had suggested a higher priced option. The installation crew, Dean and Sherry arrived the next morning at the agreed time and got right to work. The installation was 100% and would recommend them to my best friends. This company is one that I would recommend to anyone.

2 Intallers. Russel & Brian. Both were professional and got the job done correctly and kept everything clean. They were also early to arrive for the installation which was a bonus.

John S. , Technician DAA1485 responded to our call in a very timely manner, and was quite efficient, and helpful in the repair of our hot water tank. Also very professional.

The workmen who did all the work were fantastic. Professional, polite and dedicated to their job. Dean was great and made the process easier and enjoyable. Well done all around.
